I came from London directly to jio store after putting luggage at home because next day I had to go to J&K, that staff was not professional and talking very rude to others. He told you need to give UPC Port code and it will take 5 days, while customer support said prepaid to postpaid will take 1 minute to 2 hours are you are on jio prepaid already. Due to 5 days thing and lack of time I didn’t proceed and this has spoiled my trip because without internet travel is not that good. I regret to write as an NRI if we are being treated like this then what is happening to Indian residents I can imagine with that jio store staff.

Poor service and management. They don't serve you on time and no sim urgent sim replacement service as they are the first store to get out of stock for providing new sim

I visited 2-3 times for sim activation purposes.Hopeless service of Patrakar Puram , Vikas Nagar Jio store. Very impolite staff while dealing customer. They just wants to get rid of the customer and ask to contact customer care and customer care says to contact Jio store for sim activation. Jio store staff gives misleading information to me.
Pathetic service.

The jio fiber provide worst internet service. There is always issue of no internet connection in the device. The router always blink red and i had been complaining multiple times. And when i order a Jio Airfiber max connection, firstly their service process is too lengthy and time taking and when the engineer arrives after 9 days ,and when they arrived my house  they told that the coverage of the device attached to the electricity pole to your house is less thats why we are unable to install our device.

I am satisfied with the services provided by this store. However, I am disappointed with the Jio Store in Raibareli Road,  Vrindavan Yojna. Due to the misguidance from the Raebareli Road store, I had to travel an extra 15 km to reach this location, which was quite inconvenient.

No proper service, always lack of service issue

Jio store basically tends to provide end to end customer support as well as one may purchase smartphones, ear buds, chargers, from the store.

Every individual has a different perspective,  so I saw the prices of smart phones quite high as compared to other online as well as offline stores.

Sim related services for Jio network are available here and doesn't take much time to complete the work. Staff here is quite well versed and up to date.

Network of jio is very POOR and there is no option for putting any complaint that Gomti Nagar Lucknow Store

Very bad service, people at shop did not want to help customer. They could not do SIM activation and sent us to different location. That location sent us to different location which sent us to third location. That location sent us to ….. Airtel. Airtel did that job in 15 min. Very bad experience and customer service at Jio
