I recently visited ibaco and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious Tender Coconut Terrain Ice Cream. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was thrilled to see that they had several gluten-free options available. The ice cream was creamy, and the flavor of tender coconut was spot on. I appreciate that ibaco is catering to those with dietary restrictions and overall, I had a great experience there. I highly recommend trying their Tender Coconut Terrain Ice Cream for a refreshing and guilt-free treat.
