● Gift Voucher cannot be clubbed with any ongoing/existing offers.
● Multiple Gift Vouchers (maximum 9) can be used in a single bill.
● No refund/replacement/compensation is permissible for unused/expired/misused/lost/mutilated/defaced GV/GC.
● The Gift Voucher can be redeemed against purchases of Diamond, Platinum, Uncut Diamond Jewellery only.
● The person who has the Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
● Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
● Malabar Gold Ltd. shall on a best-effort basis attempt to accept Gift Voucher but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Malabar Gold Ltd., GV may not get accepted on the store/website and shall have no liability for the same.
● If Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, it will get enabled within 72 hours. In case of transaction failures, after Gift Voucher is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same vouchers within 48 hours.
● GyFTR/Malabar Gold Ltd. reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Malabar Gift Voucher at any time without any notice or liability.
