As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I am always on the lookout for delicious options. I was pleasantly surprised by the mango cake at G.S. Bakery. The texture was light and fluffy, and the mango flavor was prominent without being overwhelming. My taste buds were in paradise! The fact that it was also gluten-free was a bonus. I would highly recommend this bakery for anyone craving a sweet treat, with or without dietary restrictions.
