Good location near to Krishna JanamBhumi and it's a good view at night from the terrace.

Good hotel but very strict with their policies,
I booked from OYO but they refused to provide me AC room as shown in OYO app, then OYO customer care save me after 1 hour of harrasment. One hour of late check out will cost you Rs. 500.

Room availability was confirmed before arrival, yet we were made to wait in the hall for hours. There was no clarity on room allocation, and we were asked to change rooms multiple times. When a room was finally provided, it was not clean or properly maintained. Overall, a very disappointing experience

Worst experience. Please don't prefer to go there. Owner's behaviour is too rude. Room's condition was very pathetic. Toilet was dirty with foul smell. We had taken AC room but there was issue of electricity. AC and TV was only for show off. There was no facility to switch on the TV. We had to use our mobile phone torch to go to washroom due to electricity issue. Completely pathetic service of room fulled by rude owner. Completely loss of money.

We had booked this hotel for around 700rs via Oyo for 2 people but when we visited for checkin the owner told us that we have made booking for 1 person and we have to Book another room. We checked the app the saw the glitch. We contacted Oyo and they told us that it was system issue and owner can allow us to stay in same room but owner was too greedy and asked us to pay extra 400rs. We had no other option and we have him money. While checking out he forced us to give 5star ratings on Oyo app and told us we won't allow us to go if we don't give him 5* rating. Worst experience ever

Reception uncle is very khadoos.
Non ac room are not worth considering.
AC room is full of mosquitoes.
Bedside plugs isnt working.
Toilets not cleaned no soap or toiletries provided.
Gate ke upar window covered nahi h.
Seepage all over the walls smells dirty in hotel.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.
J’ai réservé sur booking 2 mois avant pour la holy , à mon arrivée le propriétaire me dit qu’il a bien une chambre et ma réservation mais que le prix n’est plus le même pour cause holy, ces personnes ne sont pas très honnêtes et pas sympathiques
Je ne peux pas parler de la chambre n’ayant pas eu l’occasion de la voir mais l’accueil ne donne absolument pas envie de séjourner dans ce palace qui n’en a que le nom
