Miniso is a Japanese brand BUT items are manufactured in China. (3* is just bcz all items are made in China)
No complains !!! small showroom with Mantra chanting counters, footwear, teddies, tumblers, electric brushes etc for kids as well as adults.
Staff is friendly.
Warranty - No warranty available on any items.

So impressed by their collection and services of store , very sweet

Prices of the product is too much expensive which is available in other nearest market in lesser price with the same quality. Staff's behaviour is not friendly they shows we can't buy.....

My sister was sold a stained blanket worth Rs. 700 which she meant to gift me.
When I opened the blanket and saw the stain and went back to return it, they said it was outside the 15 day period and nothing can be done. The tag was intact and the blanket unused.
This was very disappointing for a brand such as Miniso which charges a premium for its quality but limits liability to a 15-day period for defective products.
My advice would be to thoroughly check your products for any defects before you leave the store.

The quality of the products is my first priority and miniso totally satisfies it. The shopping experience went very well with me. Kudos to the company and looking forward to it. Providing wide range of products that had my attention.
