This showroom is very poor. I bought a Sony Bravia 55 inch from it. Ever since I bought it, it has some problem or the other. It hangs a lot and does not work properly.

I have purchased a washing machine of Bosch model number WGA1320SIN FROM DIGITAL WORLD MATHURA, I WOULD LIKE YOU TO INFORM THAT THEY HAVE MISELLING OF SAID PRODUCT,THEY DILEVER OPEN SEAL WASHING MACHINE BOX WHICH IS COVERED BY CELLO TAPE, AND THEY HAVE ALSO GIVEN 1000 CASH RETURN AND GIVE ME BILL OF RS.38700 but my deal was done only 37000.they have not pick my phone when I have seen machine box no budy pick the call ,I want to clarity with the product, kindly return my product because which is not sealed pack, dealer is very clever they have changed the product and parts also.
Kindly give me positive response and return my product as soon as early otherwise I will file a court case on company and digital World.

Worst experience....I booked AC and paid advance however item was not delivered as the time was promised....Mobile number of sales person also switched off continuously..  after few days refused to provide product....

Worst experience ever.
Delivered product whose item were missing. When called Store regarding the same they made false promises against and again that product has left the store.

The sales person Sh. Shashi made false promises while selling the article and later when defective item arrived he continued to make false promises that replacement has left the store and later stopped picking up the phone.

I bought a washing machine from Digital World Mathura which is the best showroom and Neeraj Chaturvedi is a member of Digital World and has a nice nature

I bought Bosch washing machine on 28/03/2025. After payment they said that they do not have  sealed product. And they delivered the washing machine which they have kept for demonstration (show piece). At the time of installation it gave electric shock to me. I requested them to replace it. They promised that they will make arrangement for replacement. But after 3 days they refused to replace it. They told me that it comes under service center. They sent service man but he couldn't solve the problem. They told me that with out earthing it will give shock. I talked to many electricians about it and found that the washing machine should not give shock even without earthing (it will give shock only  if there is problem with the product). Both the shop keeper and Bosch service center are pathetic.

Frauds!!! They display and show different products and delivered a different model and color... When asked to do the needful started ignoring and not at all accepted there cheating, showed a machine and tried to sell it at overprice when I showed them that even a superior model I available at same price online they bargain and explained that they are giving away a color of my choice at same price but later on delivered a different inferior model of different color!
Later on harrassed with there unprofessional behavior by not resolving the matter and  simply ignoring....will suggest not to deal with them as they simply frauds, BE AWARE 👍
