Very bad customer service. Relocation request and new connection request pending from 1 week. They took money and now saying hardware not available

Worst service. Take  3 or sometimes 4 days to fix basic connection issue. Don't buy it.

Visited to deposit Jio fiber device and adopter. The "Guard" at front desk at main entrance must be polite to attend visitors. He was Foul mouth usuing impolite and uneducated language not acceptable to any one decent. Sorry to say but overall impression is not appealing and consumer friendly.

Service request no SR00002HGHI7 Jio fiber isn't working from 2 days.. O&M team should take matter seriously and restore internet in Radhapuram Estate

The services are very poor. I visited two times but each & every time their staff are reluctant to serve the customer instead they pressurise to talk to call centre or opt for online method. I visited on 29.11.23 for relocation of my connection but their staff Rahul has refused to solve my problem and his attitude was very rude. He told me to go outside office when I argue to take my application for relocation. In my opinion he is not fit for customer service. This is a regular feature of this jio service centre. They don't want to solve customer's problem.

Im calling mr manish for new jio fiber connection he is very professional and very good in behaviour and explain plan very well and installed my connection in same day ....

Love the whole installation process,,, it was quick and hassle free,,, two guys who came for installation were amazing(friendly)....
All and all I am loving it
