If I could give zero stars, I would. Actually, scratch that — even zero would be too generous for the level of disappointment Iconic System Muzaffarnagar delivered.

From the moment I contacted them, it felt less like a business and more like a masterclass in how not to treat customers. Delays? Check. Broken promises? Absolutely. Professionalism? Missing in action. It’s almost impressive how consistently bad the service was — almost like they were trying to set a record.

They clearly believe in the “take the money and run” philosophy. After payment, any sense of urgency, responsibility, or basic courtesy vanished faster than their so-called “support team.”

And let’s not forget the attitude. You’d think I was asking for a favor instead of paying for a service. The arrogance, the excuses, the lack of follow-through — 10/10 if you're into frustration and regret.

Save yourself the time, money, and mental peace. Go anywhere else.

One more thing I have in mind .... How could a Company like Lenovo give them there centre when they are there to dig it deep into grave

Horrible & Pathetic experience: I Called up lenovo india for getting the warranty extension  done of my Laptop which was purchased from another store in muzaffarnagar. Company forwarded the number of this person who claims that he is the only person authorised by lenovo whereas such is not the case. There are 2 lenovo centres in muzaffarnagar. The other person got the warranty extended in 2-3 days therefater. I shall give this centre 0 stars for the rude behaviour shown towards me and would never ever recommend any one to purchase the laptop from this crap.

Buying my new laptop was the best tech experience I’ve had. The staff was incredibly helpful, guided me patiently, and answered all my questions with a smile. Fast performance, stunning display, and smooth multitasking made it perfect. It’s more than a device—it’s my daily powerhouse. Totally worth every rupee!

Worst experience ever. The owner did not have basic etiquette to treat their customer.
I am shocked how this store has 4.2 Google Rating. Really false ratings they have.

I went here for purchasing the laptop battery and upgrading my laptop RAM. I asked about what is the charges for laptop battery? He replied 1800Rs with 2 hrs backup.

Then I asked about the price of 4 GB DDR3 RAM, He replied : " Pehle battery batao loge kya"?
Arey bhai Price toh batao atleast... !!! Lena ya na lena toh us par depend karega...!!!

A perfect shop to Buy yourself a laptop or desktop. Great price and support. They also guided me according to my usability and purpose so I saved a lot as compared to other shops in the town. Will surely recommend this shop to everyone. 5 star. I bought Alienware 17 from them , it worth 2.2 lacs and still counting to be their customer

Very bad behavior of the owner ...He didn't even speak politely and treats customer as his slave and thinks that customer is bounded to buy from their store ... He should be removed from store and scolded tooo .... Don't buy from here any laptop or pc ... try any other store Please...

Very bad experience. The owner and the staff don't even have basic etiquette towards treating the customers. I bought a laptop from here and the owner was arguing with his own sales guy over the price quoted by him. Then, asked his guy to take money before showing the laptop on our face. During the handover process staff was behaving like giving the laptop for free.
Lenovo must train them on how to treat customers.
