This is one of the best fast food center in Meerut. We eat very delicious food here. We ordered One Plate Fried Rice with Spicy Manchurian gravy it's very yummy and I think it's such a awesome combination. After that we ordered one plate Chilli Potato it's so crunchy and spicy. This KFC was a good place to hang out with family for dinner .  The rice meal was very tasty . Fried crispy chicken was yummy 😋. Indian paneer zinger Burger and veg zinger Burger was awesome. The service staff were polite and professional. The Washrooms need proper maintenance . The tap was very shaky .

I'm a fan of KFC . Was very happy yo see this outlet at Meerut.
The taste was same as we get in other places Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai.
The only thing which I don't like ws that smokey chicken was not available. As per the staff,the machine was not working since a long time.

Other things were good. The handwashing area and washrooms needs attention.

Food is good but it's time consuming because many zomato and Swiggy boys get food first for delivery and we who go there to sit and eat have to wait many couple of minutes. Anyway it's a clean hygeine, well maintained place to have some crunchy, delicious chicken of KFC.

One of the best KFC outlets I've visited, and definitely the best in Meerut.

I hope the staff here never changes! They were attentive and friendly, had a helpful attitude and provided good service and suggestions while ordering.

There was a group of roudy middle aged men and one of them heckled one of the staff members, but he still didn't gave a befitting reply to the mannerless customer. That guy deserves a raise.

Also, the best part was that they prepared the order exactly as I asked them to, in minimal time.
Had a great time here with my friends and the outlet is open even till late in the evening.

Newly opened, fully functional with some space for seating. It is not as big as the KFC in shoprix but the staff and hospitality is good. Location wise it is near to Meerut core residential spaces, hence a great option for pick up/delivery and a fine option for dine-in

Nice KFC outlet a bit small but fully loaded. It serves as much needed outlet near Shastri Nagar before this outlet KFC fans has to go quite far that is to Shoprix Mall.
Meerut a NCR city needed more KFC outlets.

Think twice before visiting this KFC outlet, as it is a zero maintenance, extremely dirty, and super unhygienic place with no air conditioning, making it suffocating also.

Worst experience ever, i must say not even close to KFC standard, no service no professionalism, lazy staff.. they customised my order without my consent and when i asked then she replied SIR YAHI HAI ABHI..USME ADHA GHANTA LAGEGA...also i have requested them to turn on the AC many times but they were just pretending to turn that on but no AC in this summer noon time...no KFC vibes there... It is like someone just invested his money there and appointed some cheap and unprofessional staff to run that outlet.. even it was more awkward when i visited there with someone from delhi and he told me is this the standard of KFC in Meerut and laughed... Really bad experience.

Restaurant staff works at their own disposal. They think they own kfc. They may or may not take your orders according to your wishes. The restaurant refused me to order food at 10:45 pm and instead asked me to place order online via zomato or swiggy. I think they get commissions from zomato or swiggy. The place is a mess. No hygiene, no cleanliness. One cannot dine in there. The staff  is rude and thinks they know better

Not a good place to order.. kfc is a brand and this outlet is just demeaning it's name... I ordered two three times and everytime I faced issues with the order... 1st time delivery delayed for 2 hours and also asked for extra cash... 2nd time order 4 items recieved only two and got no refund... 3rd time order two popcorn chicken rice bowlz and  only recieved rice inside with no chicken.. pathetic management and service.. this place really needs to be boycotted and shut down in order to secure the kfc's well known name.

The delivery service is very poor.
Out of two items they delivered only one item. When I called for the reply was we don't have riders to deliver. The whole day they did not have any rider to deliver my order,  later the excuse was that the rider met with an accident.
Forcing me to make another order so that I pay for delivery charges. Lastly they did not give my order.
Sharing my story so that others be carefull with this KFC store... poor, very poor.

The KFC I went to was the worst I've ever experienced. The food was not cooked properly, and the hygiene standards were non-existent. To make matters worse, there was a hair in one of the chicken strips. When I asked for a replacement meal, the manager initially agreed to only replace that one strip. However, after some argument, he finally agreed to replace all the strips. Additionally, the wait times for orders were longer than they should have been, considering the restaurant was mostly empty.
