It was really good experience in the store . All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Priyanka mam who asist me and help me to select best option for my nephew . Thanks

I visited the Kharar FirstCry store, and my overall experience was very disappointing. I usually buy everything from FirstCry, but this was my first time visiting the Kharar location; I typically shop in Mohali, Zirakpur, and Rupnagar. I bought diapers for my 2-month-old, and whenever I visit other FirstCry stores, they provide discounts available on the website. However, at the Kharar store, and they didn't even provide a carry bag. I am totally disappointed.

Well it’s a factory outlet. So you are not getting any latest products such as dresses toys or any other stuff.  They were terribly old i.e. I saw dresses of 2021 and they got dirty with time so I didn’t  like it that much for my kid as I was hoping for.

Recently I visited this store with my family . their staff help me alot to  select a valuable article for my baby.   also  that girl kiran behaviour was very good.  thanku

Worst experience ever at the FirstCry outlet in Kharar. The clothes were old and dirty. When I asked about it, they said it's because it's a factory outlet – but that’s no excuse for such poor quality. On top of that, there were no discounts at all.

I visited several times this store but every time when i come for diapers for my chid they said that we dnt have of that size ryt now.
No use of this store in this area because most of the time most of regular used items are not availbe here

Ambiance of store is very nicley.

The store and store associates are really helpful. We had an issue with the bottle steriliser and it was taken care of by the staff.
We got full refund on the product.

Store ambiance is superbb , but online prices and much cheaper than store , how store can increase sales if there is lot of difference of price in every product . People prefer online only. Your store can't be run like this .
