I have a Harman Kardon AVR 151 which the authorised service center in Mumbai said it cannot be repaired as the part is no longer available.
I got this reference and gave my amp for repairs to KGN Electonics at Andheri West. Service chgs to just look at the system was Rs 750/800.
After repairs I paid a whopping Rs 11300/- just to be cheated. I face the same issue and he does not respond. The wrost he said that another part must have gone.  I had given my amp in May and got it back in June. The issue started just in a day's time and he asked me to return the amp so that he can return the spare and replace it. I got the amp back after a good 4 months i.e .on 10th Oct and then the Woofer would not work. He then says that the woofer is gone. I have been asking him to give me details of the parts changed but he is not ready to give, secondly he is not giving a bill /receipt. I had asked him to visit my home to check on the amp but he keeps givng excuses.
There are similar reviews regarding this. so would warn others to look up reviews on the internet before giving anything to him.

i had my bose mini delivered to them for repairs on 29 August 2023 and it is 28th November 2023 today, they have not repaired my speaker till date. they just keep Giving lame excuses. And now since yesterday they have stopped responding to my calls also.

beware of them. they have misplaced or completely broken my bose soundlink mini.

Number one fraud,,this fraud asking for money with out doing anything,,please don't give any device for
Repair or servcie.

Terrible experience at Kgn Electronic Service Centre. Long installation time, no refund. Poor customer service and communication. Avoid this place for audio system repair & services.
