The staff is the only reason this place gets a decent review—they were wonderful. Unfortunately, the owner's 'take advantage' attitude ruined the vibe. 5 stars for the service, 1 star for the owner’s behavior.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!
Anyone visiting Alibag and needs a rental bike do not take bikes from P.K Bike on Rent. The owner is extremely rude person and tries to extort money from customers.
We had inquired for non-gear bike (activa/Dio) 2 days before our travel. The owner informed price of ₹600/day and ₹500 deposit which I was okay. I asked the owner to atleast send me the pics of the bike to check it's condition to which the owner declined and told me that there is no need of pictures as it is same as any other bike.
On the day when I arrived at his shop (P.K Tyres near Alibag bus stand) the owner informed me the rental of ₹700/- !!!. I told him that the price agreed was ₹600 to which he replied that price is not applicable now and today's rate is ₹700. Also if I delay any further he will increase it by ₹100 (₹800/day).
When my wife protested his behaviour he started back answering in an extremely rude and disrespectful tone.
My humble suggestion to anyone do not approach P.K Bike Rental  🚫🚫🚫 for any rental bike and you may have a very bad experience at the start of your trip. There are other vendor who are polite and do not extort money from tourist so do your research before renting any bikes.

I wish there was the option to give 0 start ratings. Worst experience, he is the worst person I have ever met in alibaug. I would suggest stay at your place rather than renting the bike from them. Very rude person, bikes are also not in good condition. Most unprofessional person.

Explore the place by cab/taxi, but never ever try to contact PK bike rentals (even if it’s the last option left).
The person is rude, full of arrogance & egoistic.
I would never recommend anyone to contact this person for bike rental, else you may get disappointed on the first day of your trip by meeting such an unprofessional & rude person..!!

I had a disappointing experience with PK Bike Rentals in Alibaug. The bike was in poor condition and broke down midway, and no mechanic was provided. We had to cover both the deposit and repair costs ourselves. Overall, not recommended.

Prompt and good service.
Vehicle's condition is manageable but be sure and check all the part before you hire it. Check breaks, horn lights etc.

The bike rental service was very good and very cheap in price as compare to other 24 hours price is only ₹550.

Best and class...easy to book thru telecon and explore weekend ride with friends in Alibag
