My daughter dropped her iPhone while we were visiting Colaba Market.  Her screen was not working on one side and was not responsive to touch (see photos below of before and after).  Went to certified Apple Store repair and waited in line for 15 min without being served as there was a long line.  Asked if they would be able to repair a screen for me in 2-3 hours as that’s all the time I had and they stated no, at least 5 hours.  Searched on Google Maps for screen repair and found IT world with great reviews and they stated fast service as a general theme.  Called them and they stated they will try their best to accommodate my time frame.  I went there and spoke to Vijay who was kind and knowledgeable.  He gave a me a few options of screens and I chose which option worked best.  I gave him the phone and it was expertly repaired in the promised time frame. He also gave a strong screen protector to help protect the screen without charge.

The reason I needed the phone quick was we were flying out that evening to go home to the US and with the long flight needed it repaired so my daughter would have something to use/entertain her on the flight (22 hr travel time with layover).

My Macbook pro 2015 model shutdown automatically. We took  it to IT World for repair. They repaired it very well. They said it was a  motherboard issue and solved it. After that, I got a glitch screen , battery and slow working issues were found. They solved these one by one. Finally ,I got heating issue, which  I told them about, and they solved it again. They are very professional and having a lot of patience. They did at a very reasonable price. They are very committed to their work.

My iphone 14 pro was fire damaged and it wasn't opening. I went to icare and they told there is no hope and quoted 72k for repairs saying all my data would be lost. I went to IT world colaba and met Mr Vijay, who actually heard the state and cleared all doubts. Still I didn't have much hopes and thought to give it a try since he told if they would not be able to repair it'll not cost me anything. Fast forward, repairs happened within a week with constant updates on what's app. And it costed me 18.7k which is 1/4th of what apple quoted and the best part is all my data is with me now. Would definitely recommend IT world colaba for your electronics repair.

Nothing less than 5 star service by IT World team. Although the repair could not be completed as I was short of time but they tried their level best to find out the problem. It conked off so abruptly and wdnt start. The man who repaired the phone was extremely kind and understanding, he agreed to repair the phone the same day. It was repaired and handed over to me in less than 2 hours.

I approach It world for my All in One fan problem. Mr Vijay give me advise that fan sound is more due to excessive game play and not to worry and recommend no repair required as AIO working fine. He also didn't charge single penny for this.

I came to Mumbai for a short work trip when my laptop gave up (constant BSOD)... Also, the hinge was broken, and the keyboard didn't work... Mr. Vijay got the problems quickly fixed...
