From the moment we walked in the service we received was excellent, we are a family of mum, dad and 18 year old son.  The owner and his team were extremely professional and very polite, there expertise on the cut of shirts and trousers for my son and husband was excellent and the measurements were perfect.  I would highly recommend to anyone.  When we came to pick up the shirts and trousers, my son just just needed a slight amendment on the waist of his trousers, they did that swiftly and professionally. Let me start off by saying what an amazing team these guys have! I found my new favorite tailor! We were in Mumbai, and on one of our tours we stopped in to Kashif’s store to check out some fabrics. The wife and I decided to get a custom suit and dress! Not to mention, they completed it under six hours, the price and quality was immaculate. They even came to our hotel room the next day so that we could try them on and make any adjustments if we’d like. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Disappointed with Royal Buttons
I had a really bad experience with Royal Buttons. The fitting was completely off even after giving proper measurements, and when I went back for alterations, the staff didn’t seem interested in fixing the issue properly. The stitching quality also didn’t match what they promised — loose threads and uneven finishing on the sleeves. For the price they charge, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Definitely not going back again.

We were fleeced.  We paid a significant premium for blouses to be tailored for my wife.  We paid in advance.  We fell for the smooth talk and professional patter.  My wife clearly gave instructions, explained the designs etc... on what she wished for her SIX blouses.  These were delivered to our hotel a week later, and, hours before we flew out, so no time to see the details.
On arrival at home.  We realised this was a botched job. Amateurish.  Totally criminal approach to business.  Square blouses with one that did not even have the centre material removed.

We went to Royal Button for make 6 dresses for a traditional wedding. Was not just super efficient ( one and an half day for make everything), but also we had amazing experience with all the staff, helping us to choose and treat us very well! Thank you again !!

What started as a quest to tweak my favourite lightweight barbour jacket, and repair a beloved sailcloth tablet case (achieved successfully and at a very reasonable price;) morphed to into being measured for and purchasing 2 linen shirts approved by the long haired Commanding Officer! Speedily made, a great fit and again nicely priced. High quality materials, high quality service; and a masala chai or 2 during the process....hard to resist the invitation to have a suit made, but baggage restrictions precluded this😭very happy with tweaks, repairs and shirts🙏Worth a look if you are seeking bespoke tailoring done quickly and well🙏

Came to Mumbai to celebrate my Birthday. My sister present me a dress for my Birthday. But when I got here to this wonderful shop everyone in here was so welcoming. Actually was looking at all the shirts for my husband. Suddenly saw this beautiful ready made Saree. It looked gorgeous. My name was all over it. I was so happy when I got it and wore it for my Birthday. Everybody talked so highly about it. I have no regrets getting it. I dropped by here to say Thank you. I had the Best birthday ever. I would highly recommend - Great experience. I was approached at the Colaba street market and quickly persuaded to get a fitting for my brothers wedding. They had a great choice of cloths. Fitting was done quickly and efficiently. The crew were all individually friendly, helpful and skillful people. My suit came out very nicely - a linen jacket, shirt and trousers. I hesitated a couple times with the fitting of the trousers, but the guys tailored my trousers just to my liking. I am very happy with the outcome of my tailoring - and I enjoyed the social interactions and dealings with everyone in the store. Great owner, great crew, great cloth. I would highly recommend.

The worst company and staff ever. Totally scammed out of £££ - poor quality - worst stitching I’ve ever seen and then lied to. Took the garments away to ‘fix’ never to be seen again. I am taking this up with authorities and with my bank. Absolutely disgusted. They give India a bad reputation. Scammers. Their attitude is worst I’ve ever come across. Avoid.

Loved this place! The fabric quality is excellent, and they have a huge variety - from everyday cottons to elegant silks. The staff really know their stuff and helped me find exactly what I needed. Definitely my go-to fabric shop now.
