This is the stop for buses running on Nasik shirdi mumbai belt, the place is quite open and can accomodate 3-4 buses at a time with its passengers, food is always freshly prepared and a wide variety of breakfasts and main course food is offered here ! Prices are bit on higher side but given the location, quality and service in personally don't think that it's not that too expensive....

Good small resort beside Nasik Highway.  We had Cyclists Meet up there and during that program they arranged nice unlimited breakfast for the entire group of around 60 Cyclists.
The food quality, cleanliness, service was good.  They have big hall for functions.  Small but clean Swimming pool also.

sev bhaji which was really good. It was mildly spiced.
We also ordered sabudana wada, it lacked salt.
Cold coffee with ice cream : It wasn't chilled and had no sugar but they corrected it after being told so.
Sweet Lassi : it was super thick and creamy.

Good News 1st....
A very nice property with Rooms to stay with lots of fun activities like swimming pool with multiple slides and even attractions like carousel and toy train and separate wave pool for rain dance.

Now the Bad news...
The problem starts right from the breakfast where even though it has elaborate menu, only medu vada-sambar was good (chatni was very bad).
Coming to the property... Even though the attractions are good, the maintenance is not good. The water was not clean enough, the rain dance floor was corroded (who puts metal floor?) And the rooms were not @ all good. (Bathroom door lock broken).

All in all a dual experience.

Not much of a place to eat, if you travel by Neeta bus services in Mumbai it is a mandatory stop for refreshment and food.
Hygiene has definitely taken a back seat, place is full of flies, prices are ok, service is pathetic.

The restaurant is very very dull. It looks very old. I had been here while travelling from Shirdi back to Mumbai in Neeta Volvo bus. As the name suggests it looks as if it is owned by the same Neeta company. There doesn't seem to be any other customers apart from the neeta bus that stops there. Extremely lifeless and dull place.No pan shop but there was a general store for snacks and ice cream and soft drinks. I am giving a 2 star only as a benefit of doubt since I didn't have any food there. But I heard my fellow passengers complain about the food.

Ambience shabby and old. Food ok ok. Price high. Our Neeta Volvo forcefully stopped here for a break leaving us with no option but only this choice. Now these people have priced their menu higher with no service and no quality. The whole place is worn out. Even their signage board is washed out and faded away ( see pic ) but they are not bothered.

The absolute worst place to stay in shirdi. The reception was rude, they overcharged is for a non-ac room, no heater in the bathroom, telephone does not work, tv does not work, fan was slow, bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were dirty, had to walk 2 flights of stairs down to order tea which took 90 mins to reach. Had asked for tea without sugar but got with sugar instead. Would not recommend this place to anyone. When you ask them the price for an ac or non  ac room..they tell you the price depends on when you check out. Ridiculous place..they loot people and spoil the name of #neetatravels.

I travel to shirdi by early morning Neeta bus every month, they halt at pushkar mela, the snacks served at 8. 00am are ice cold, the wada sambar, poha, upma never i hv got hot steaming snacks. The service is also very very poor, even for 10 people in the restaurant, they are unable to serve promptly.
Neeta management is loosing its credit by hiring lazy and inefficient staff.
