I recommend don't go this chemist they don't have to manners to talk they don't have to walk properly even they don't have a WhatsApp number also I didn't understand

For the past two months their Pluxee card swipe machine is not working. And they tell this after making attempts to swipe it.

For a medical store who say will give you service 24 hrs they, dont give a S_it if its emergency or not as long as the bill amount is big only then they will deliver . . . this has happened twice to me already . . . . once being yesterday i.e. 31st Aug 2017. . . . When they started off new they would just about deliver anything at any time even if your order was Rs.5/- . . . now they are behaving like they are the only chemist in the world . . . SAD and SHAMEFUL . . . Reminder "your store is in South Mumbai and not in some government hospital". . .

Nice place for medicines. They have credit card machine but it doesn't work. They have Paytm but they've not done their KYC and limit had been exhausted. Absolutely pathetic service. The person was sent for payment 7 times. Their machine didn't work and Paytm limit was full.

Always horrible attitude of each and every staff..they treat customer's as if they are begging..also home delivery is so unprofessional.. delivery always beyong committed time that too after atleast 4-5 calls everytime..no apology or feeling for this bad service from them
