Most conveniently located store for Khar/Bandra.
Been there a bunch of times - and always happy with the people there. Rishikesh this time helped quite a bit in understanding the sound I like and showed me the guitars accordingly. Very well versed with the makes, the woods, etc.

They didn't have the colour I preferred in store at the time, so called for it right then. They set it up well - with the care the fretboard needed.

I bought a Fender Squier Sonic HSS Stratocaster along with amp and other accessories from SoundMonk. The purchase experience was seamless. Jay showed me lot of options on my first visit, followed up with more options on chat for a few days as per my requirements, and finally helped me get the right guitar on my second visit. He also showed me how to use the various knobs and options on the guitar/amp which was super helpful as a first-timer on an electric guitar. Highly recommended place!

Terrible place hungry overpriced for terrible products located in a residential building can’t even get a normal place. Soo so expensive, bhargavas charges 100 to replace stings these people charge 500+ and bhargravas is just so much better never go here

Excellent Service. I had come to them to install a new pickup on my guitar. They gave the guitar to me before time due to some urgency on my side, and they were very compliant and patient with me. The overall service was a bit expensive and maybe it can be reduced to better suit the public, but I have no complaints with the service

There are so many places in mumbai to choose to go for musical instruments. This is the best for advice and friendly customer service. My 15 year old wanted his first electric guitar. Got my electric guitar and bass serviced and repaired. Satisfied with the service overall.

My guitar had a vertical hairline crack.  On checking they said they do repair.  The guitar crack was repaired and since it was not in use for long it was suggested to change the old strings and service it.  Now it sounds good and looks well polished.  Hoping the crack does not open for which there is no guarantee.  The staff were polite and helpful.  Thank you
