They were able to source the part within two days; Sunday and Republic Day holiday included. Day three I had my Skoda Rapid back in working condition. No change in fuel levels or missing parts and accessories. Trustworthy and Polite Service. I will definitely visit again.

Hello MR Shelar don't dare to clear your FRAUD ATTEMPTS to loot a genuine customer. Secondly Thank you for atleast accepting your diagnostics were wrong and you guys cannot be corret 100% which is definitely right but if you guys are at mistake what more u expect me after paying 12k for same work which u guys would have already done i gave u all parts which u asked for but u guys never understood what was the problem . And I called you FRAUD not because you just left my work half finished but you tried to over charge me 1200 for the rear disk skimming which you never did you FRAUD PERSON and the reason you don't want any further discussion is simple you guys know what mess you have created illegal cheats , the point of contact for me from 1st day was the mechanic itself and clutch work was done fantastic no doubt so while taking money RS7000 on 1st day why din u bother to ask or tell me that i should have contacted you??? Shamelessly accepted money at that time but when suspension work was done and you guys failed to diagnose it suddenly you remember I haven't contacted?? So while taking money you don't bother who the customer is contacting but if a problem arises u remember that he din contact me WOWW!!! And please learn some manners to speak with customer we have paid money to you not you have paid us. You guys having nothing to clarify at your side I had very well informed your mechanic to tell you a day before so don't even try to save ur things.. thats a miscommunication with you and your worker none of my business if he fails to inform you. I have bought genuine parts from hyundai and the issue was never about parts it was just lubrication needed at some parts which i did from outside and u guys subsequently failed to take responsibility. And yes u guys are FRAUD not just to deny responsibility but attempting to charge the customer for something which u never did (rear disk skimming) luckily my dad was there to verify that rear brakes were not sent to get skimming by you MR Shelar . Coin definitely has 2 sides but your side is maligned with FRAUD attempt to loot customer moreover irresponsible and I'll manned person just greedy for money , I Would genuinely request customers to either avoid this garage or atleast be present while they are working because this fraud person won't think twice to charge you for work which is never done. I'll be waiting for your reply this time to understand how you guys want to save ur FRAUD attempt and Unprofessional ridiculous Service.

Extraordinary service and pricing at ordinary look a like workshop... No show off... They will change your car experience like it was new one  and that too and at no hidden charges ....highly recommended... Value for money. ...I repaired my elite i 20 it's just completed 9 yrs and I was thinking to buy new one ...but after servicing at perfect touch I am relieved I can still use it further and it's transformed like a new one ....

Worst person to deal with in thane for Garage would be Mr Shelar , 0 etiquettes to speak and 0 manners , infact having no knowledge about cars just here to make money and exploit people i still regret taking my car there.. infact would call him fraud as attempted to charge me 1200 extra for rear brakes leathe machine work which never happened, luckily my father had been there at right time or else would have charged me for something which never took place, usually i never write such long reviews but MR SHELAR was absolute greedy person, had done works of suspension and clutch plate, the clutch went all smooth no complains , while for suspension i was charged 1200 labour for each wheel which i agreed.. they failed to analyse the needed parts. i provided them whatever parts they asked for , still even after 18k worth parts installation there was a noise in suspension, hence their mechanic suggested me to get suspension bearings, which i got .. and here the drama begins , MR Shelar expects me to pay 1200 per side front tyre labour just for the mistake from their side which they had failed to analyse in 1st instance, despite changing bearings the voice never went away and mechanic took responsibility and accountability for the issue but MR Shelar stated not my parts not my issue , while the issue was never with parts the issue was just the lower arm needed lubrication, mechanic asked him to put car on ramp but MR Shelar refused to take my car on Ramp and started arguing , and also threatened that the Labour cost will be taken off from mechanics salary as he tried to help me. Till date the worst Garage Owner i have dealt with is MR Shelar the Greedy Mannerless person, just a suggestion if someone wants to know what that person really is just try speaking with him about the charges and you will know what this person is , 1st visit goes smooth coz he gets money but if your problem isn't fixed and if you go back on next day , you are gone MR Shelar will make sure to exploit u , till date my car issue isn't fixed, i deeply regret Taking my car there because this has never happened, if u love your car and have some self respect please don't visit this garage this person is absolute menace, FRAUD!!
