I think konark residency looks like little bit expensive for the audience who comes by seeing pics,but cleaning and making premises in room is ok and staff is good and rules are maintained strictly.good think is south Indian channels will come in TV.Tiffan will be simple good for all types of people.overall it is a good residency will feel 3.5 averagely for all types of people

Very bad unprofessional service
We booked this hotel over internet and afterwards we called them personally to ensure our booking.
After reaching at hotel at 12:00am at night what they told us is they dont allow international guests!! At midnight we had to roam around the city and luckily we got an other hotel later at 2:00am. Next day we received a message from the site that our reservation was cancelled because we didn't show up over there! -_- how weird and unprofessional is that?

It is a functional hotel with Oyo near the Gurudwara in Goregaon (w),Mumbai. I booked it for my guest for two weeks and my guest was happy.The rooms are small but clean.The washrooms are small again but functional.The hotel is housed in a decrepit building with a back entrance.There is no lobby on the ground floor.The appearance from the outside is very shabby but one is pleasantly surprised after entering.The rooms are neat and well kept.Adequate toiletries are provided from time to time.There is no dining hall.It is more like a well maintained guest house.||The best part about the place is Ashmita who quietly runs the show.She is efficient and polite.Full marks to her.The Owner Nilesh Rane has another hotel in Malvan.||We had no complaints during our stay.A veg thali is provided for dinner at Rs 150/.We shifted out to a better Treebo property in Andheri West at the end of our stay where we were offered a generous discount on our long term stay with complimentary meals as well.Oyo's loss is Treebo's gain.

This one is located in the western suburbs of the city. The hotel is good. The rooms are quite cozy and well maintained. The hotel staff and room service is also up to the mark. We had a pleasant stay here.

Oyo rooms are one of the favourites these days. The rooms are nice and the prices are reasonable. Same was the case with this one. Additionally the hotel staff is really nice and helpful. Overall we had a good stay here.
