One of our best experiences ever, we celebrated our parents 30th anniversary on the yacht, and it was simply a wonderful experience. From the first time we met Sanjeev, to organizing little treats on the yacht, to the final experience of the yacht itself, everything was beyond our expectations. The yacht is well maintained, the service is splendid, while the best part was witnessing the sunset. Overall a great experience, will definitely come back to celebrate many more special occasions.

We had a lovely time onboard the yacht. Ms. Tulsi is courteous to answer any queries that you may have, and the rest is up to you to soak in the atmosphere and have a pleasant time. My four-year-old enjoyed the most.

Worst experience ever faced .. please don’t ever book a yacht from them , Ms Tulsi is a big scammer , big sweet talker but eventually fooled us with the boat. They offered us a boat at a reasonable price and we had personally gone one day before to see the boat whatever they showed was very nice and hence we finalised but on the day of our sailing they gave us another boat , where the speakers were not working , the toilets were not clean there was no water and the motor was not even working it was only floating in the water and when we called miss tulsi to inform her about the issue she didn’t even bother to answer or help us with this .. it was an horrible experience please please don’t ever book a yacht from them it’s a total waste of money and they are big fraudsters .

VERY BAD!! Don't book at any cost!! Their boats don't work!!
They took us to a boat that wasn't working and left us there with a small baby!!
This was the boat the lady recommended as their best even though it was more expensive than the others. They take money first and we kept calling them that the boat isn't working and were rescued an hour later. They completely ruined my husband's birthday! We had pre-ordered food that never reached us and we were hungry, thirst, stranded in the middle of the ocean on a boat that did not work and they couldn't find us. Horror story!!

It was a lovely experience. This was my third experience with them. We all had a great evening. Got a good deal too. Ms Tulsi has been really helpful and sweet.

Great place to connect with nature,had a excellent and adventurous day,looking forward to more such fulfilled trip's. Well trained staff and owners take personal care of guests. Learned a trick or two about boat driving. Thanks Tulsi ,you made our day.

It was very special experience. Sailing in Yacht, cool breeze, romentic sunday evening. Timming on yacht and
Decoration was just baloons, both has scope of improvement.

Worst experience. It was high tide and these people still took in the water saying that the water is calm inside. The travel boat was shaking so badly that the water was gushing all over and the Yacht was  moving so badly that we couldn't even sit without support for a while.These people are smart enough to take money initally and they say no policy of return. If you don't have policy atleast tell people if it is going to be safe or no to go in water at that time. Total mismanagement .

Good service and awesome variety of yacht with them... Tulsi is very friendly hence coordinating was easier.... They also helped us decorate the yacht... It was a nice experience over all

Pros- The yacht was in good condition
Cons- I was informed that the yacht would be decorated and there would be snacks and cold drink. But there was no snacks and cold drinks and the sailor said us that he wasn't informed about that. The yacht was also not decorated. The balloons were just kept on the floor while I was shown pictures of decorated yachts.

Absolutely hapless organization on Tulsi's part.
a. NO receipt.
b. no clear instructions for pick up at jetty.
c. Tulsi claims it is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to coordinate with their motorboat driver. If the motorboat driver's phone is constantly busy, or he doesn't answer, Tulsi says "YOU call him."
d. Refuses to answer your calls when you are totally stranded, claiming she is too busy to ensure her customer's get the service they paid for.
e. After we made it to the sail boat ourselves, thanks to helpful bystanders at Gateway, she tells the boatman not to take us for a sale until we make the full payment (despite receiving 66% in advance for a service that would NEVER have materilaized if not for other NOT BLUE WHALE SAILING companies. Literally holds you at ransom until you give it back.

If you are considering using Blue Whale, I would encourage you to think of literally any other option. They have absolutely no sense of accountability. Truly shocking behavior on Tulsi's part.

Had a wonderful experience in one of their Beautiful Yatch......very professional and cordial handling of my event. they went extra mile to accommodate the needs of my party guests. would highly recommend.

One of the best yatch charter company. Had a pre wedding photoshoot on their yatch and also an evening date with my partner. One of the lifetime experience for her. Well maintained yatch, humble and coordinating  staff. Wonderful service.

Don't choose Blue Whale Water Sports... These people don't understand emergency situations.. We trusted them had planned to celebrate Wedding Anniversary there! We purchased online voucher & they said they wil redeem it prior. So the payment is done but they did not wait for 15 mins also. I was there at the area  but there were  multiple entrances at Gateway.. They didn't picked up call & started off with the boat..!
They then refused to adjust in any other slot neither they are giving back my money.

WE LOST 3,000...! Plus Our anniversary is spoiled.

If u plan to go with them & by any chance u r are late by Just 15 mins.. You wil lose all your money.

AVOID Blue Whale Water Sports.

We visited blue whale water sports my kids enjoyed a lot. It was a memorable day for us. Wonderful experience. Thanks for d wonderful hospitality. Want to visit again. Thanks tulsi

Amazing experience , over all the staff (Tulsi - who I was in touch with ) was very helpful , they ensured that all the details are taken care of from the start of the journey to back to the same destination
