Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I was charged ₹10,750 for an SSD whose MRP is ₹8,700 (clearly printed on the box). When I questioned the pricing, I was shown a rate on their internal system and told that this was their “store price” and that they are not responsible for the price listed on HP’s official website (₹8,650).

When I collected my laptop, I personally checked the SSD box and confirmed the MRP was ₹8,700. Charging significantly above MRP and dismissing customer concerns by blaming “store pricing” is unacceptable.

This felt like dealing with a local shop with no pricing transparency rather than a professional authorized outlet. Very disappointing. Customers should double-check pricing before making payment.

After visiting this place , I wish there was a 0 star option on google.

This store is a pathetic one , where its employees are lazy , unbothered and simply do not want your business.

I'd recently gone to Vijay Sales , Croma , Reliance and the HP world store to purchase the omnibook ultra 7.
Mind you , I was ready to purchase the instant I got a good price.

The employees in HP world DO NOT CARE. They barely have any knowledge on their OWN laptops. Their displays are sad. They would rather sit in those comfortable gaming chairs of theirs , rather than help a customer who means business.

We kept trying to understand the laptop , its features , the best prices , but got the most dissapointing answers.
I am extremely glad I bought the laptop from croma because their employees truly know it all.

I highly recommend you don't visit this place.

I am happy with product and service, However, the final prices quoted are significantly higher than the current deals from major authorized online sellers, which makes it difficult to proceed with a purchase, but I purchased from HP STORE directly because i want to see the details etc

Pathetic and sorry excuse for being called as an HP WORLD store and that too in a premium location like Juhu. Other stores in suburban area are in far more better condition than this depressing place called as HP WORLD store.

Had visited the store to check on the available models and pricing of Laptop.

First - There was a guy in the store - He did not knew anything about the product he was sitting there to sell. Absolutely ZERO knowledge. He thought I was a fool and did not know anything about laptops. When i asked whether the screen of the laptop is OLED or IPS he replied it was GLOSSY? I mean come on bro really - GLOSSY? From that moment i knew i have met a lazy employee who does not cares about his products, company or customers or that employee had the audacity to think I was some fool who was buying laptop for the first time.

Secondly - There are only 6-7 display pieces kept. So HP brand store has only 6-7 store while Croma, Vijay Sales, Reliance have almost double or even more than that display pieces kept.

Third - There was no description of the product nor price tag kept. All the retail stores keep proper product specifications along with the retail price. This goes to show that they are not transparent about their pricing and want to sell the product at different prices to different customers.

All the positive reviews are for repairs part of their operations. Their sales operations and display of products is BAD or dare I would say non-existent.

Verdict - Waste of time to even thinking about coming to this store or step into this store if you are looking to buy new Laptop or any other HP Product. Better take your business elsewhere.

Thankfully there is no contact Email of HP available otherwise would have emailed them and asked them to shut down this pathetic store as it is creating a bad image of HP (felt like the Company is on the verge of shutting down) or would have asked them to give a hearing to the operators of this store of the pathetic rundown condition this store is in.

Had a really great experience with the staff here. The staff is very friendly and professional and helps the customer in any way they can. Overall the experience was fantastic.
