We took our Puppy Richie for his 1st Grooming Session at Pawly's Studio and it was a wonderful experience. They handled him with utmost care and made him settle properly before nicely washing and styling him. Definitely a place to recommend.

Nice pet salon. They took care of my pet and gave her a nice haircut taking care not to hurt her or scare her. Highly recommend..ample car park also right on the street.

Had my first experience at Pawly's Studio. After trying out alot of places I finally found someone I can rely on and who did an amazing job with my puppo. She was soo happy and calm the entire time that they did not even tie her during her cut. Will surely be visiting regularly 😊

I think it’s one of the most professional grooming studio for fluff balls in South Mumbai…the products are amazing and they have different sections for cats and dogs..it’s affordable and better than other grooming centres.❤️❤️

Had our first appointment at Pawly’s Studio and got a new customer discount, which was a nice start. The cat and dog sections are separate, and the place is well-equipped with good products, showers, trimmers, and dryers.

Bruno 🐾 was really scared since it was a new place, but the groomer handled it with patience, gave him some time to settle in, and even calmed him down with treats. Because of this, our session took longer, which led to the next customer getting very upset. Still, the groomer cleaned up Bruno’s pee and poop without a fuss and tried to keep the environment calm.

That said, a few things could’ve been better:
👎🏼 They should not use the air conditioner during the bath, especially when the pet is already nervous.
👎🏼 The haircut could’ve been more even – Bruno’s legs were cut unevenly compared to the rest of his body.
👎🏼 If there’s going to be a delay, it’s important to inform the next client in advance.

On the positive side:
👍🏼 They give pets time to adjust instead of rushing them.
👍🏼 Good quality treats were given to help calm Bruno down.
👍🏼 Ears and paws were cleaned well, which is often missed.
👍🏼 You even get to choose the fragrance they apply post-grooming, which was a sweet touch.

Overall, a mixed experience — some great things, but a few areas they definitely need to work on.

I took my dog to get a full grooming service, the groomer was not at all professional and lacked basic hygiene. He went in to clean my dog’s ears with his bare hands where in his nails were FILTHY(black and green colored with residue under his nails) I asked him to use cotton and a tool to clean him, despite that, he refused and continued to do it his way, After which my dog’s  ear started bleeding (because of his long dirty nails). They are very dirty too as they use the same towel repeatedly to dry dogs and store it in a plastic box to use again. To which I said ,”can you use a fresh one” and he said get your own towel for your dog (wouldn’t mind getting one if they informed that they use the same towel for all dogs). Wouldn’t recommend!

My experience with "Pawly's" is that it is a fantastic pet grooming facility. The management and groomer are outstanding at their work and understanding as well. They groom pets so lovingly and attentively that even pets enjoy their bathing. And most significantly, they groom pets in front of us. My overall experience with them has been amazing!❤️

Rakesh did an excellent job. He was very patient with our nervous pup (it was her first time at a salon) and very thorough with the process. Amazing service, worth every penny.

The groomer Rakesh is good considering my Dog is a senior lab and he cannot walk due to severe dysplasia, he took good care in handling him and bath was good. But as it is said good things don’t last long. Thereafter our second appointment was rescheduled by the management citing absence of support stuff which was not informed to us until we reached their venue ; after a lot of back and forth they accommodated us however Rakesh was not available despite our request. Today was our third appointment and i again get a call from the management that their support staff is not available hence they cannot confirm the bath. You guys really need to understand what is it to be professional !!  This is sheer apathy and we are highly disappointed with these last minute cancellation and rescheduling!!

Devashish, Shivam and Rakesh are absolutely wonderful! The level of hygiene and cleanliness was super and they have a separate space for cats and for dogs, which was really perfect. Since I'm allergic to cats it is already a big NO for me to go anywhere that will be full of cats too. All three of them were so loving and attentive to every emotion my dog felt. They really spoilt him and I also loved the transparency of being able to see everything. Their products are fab and the fact that they had crystals on their shelves was perfect!! The good energy vibes were completely  aligned!

The business has excellent staff and very well understands the needs of the pets. They are very professional and the services aren't too expensive. The products used are of high quality. The website also offers all the details of the services. Definitely recommend their services!

Great place for dog grooming. The staff handles the pets really well and the better part is that you can stay with your pet while they’re being groomed. Smurf had a great time!
