You are the worst contracter that we have come across. You have mentally and financially harassed my senior citizen parents . YOu wasted 3 months of thier time and handovered kitchen is in worse condition ever. Whatever you have worked on fell apart. We feel like taking you to court and complaining to police for causing extreme mental harassment.

Bhuresh did our modular kitchen in July 2023 , which was promised in 3 days but took 3 months . Now after one year only some of our pullout drawers' screws have come out and the drawers  are not closing  properly.  I contacted  Bhuresh but after so many calls and messages  he  called me  and promised to fix the issue  after one week . Now that one week has also gone still there is no response  from him . Though I sent him the pic also on his whatsapp and messages  also . He is  not responding the calls  also .
So , after sales service is zero .  Mental torture to the clients , inspite of  the guarantee  given for 10 years for any replacement  and repair.

Bhuresh was contracted to do a complete modular kitchen at my place. He has been very respectful and accomodating and has used the best material....
However his time management is just the reverse ... What was promised as a 3 days to 1 weeks job, took 3 months at the expense of heartaches and missed occasions at home that had to be sacrificed due to this delay.
All said and done as he gains more experience, he will manage his time management in a better manner

Bhuresh had just done the job very well.All our ideas were also accommodated really well in the plan.

Unprofessional approach, recently ordered shoe rack cabinet with them and paid 50% advance, after continues follow up now they cancelled the order saying they don’t have time. Wasting 15 days! This is the way of doing business? Will never recommend to anyone.

Friends I would recommend to go with Devis Kitchen they are very professional and very cooperative i recently done my kitchen with them and loved their work and they guided me very well I m v happy with the work I would recommend their work to all my friends and relatives you guys also do the same.

0 Stars- Very disappointing experience with the team. Management and Mr. Bhuresh reflects a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

There was no effort to understand the project, offer alternatives, or maintain any sense of accountability. After giving a delayed quotation after multiple follow-ups there was no communication made. we kept following up and then the tone felt dismissive and unhelpful, which is not what you expect when dealing with a service-based business.

Customer service is not just about availability, but about how you communicate and handle clients — and unfortunately, this was handled poorly. Based on my experience, I found the management to be unresponsive and lacking basic service ethics.

Would not recommend to anyone if you value professionalism, reliability, and respectful communication.
