Its a nice shop wherein you can find all daily household items at relatively reasonable price and good quality. However, pls note that all these items are "made in china", but comes with superior quality. Overall its a nice shop.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with a cashier named Akram. His behavior was rude and completely lacking in basic civic sense. Instead of assisting politely, he was argumentative and disrespectful, trying to act overly smart rather than resolving the issue professionally.

This kind of conduct is unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer-facing role. I have already reported the matter to the Head Office and expect that appropriate action will be taken to address this. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect — Akram clearly needs serious training in both.

staff should have basic courtesy and must not hound people to leave because its closing time. if closing the store is soo important then they should place a closed sign on the door so that no one goes in.

Unique stuff depending ur taste. We bought scent sticks smells great.

If there is a rating less than one I would give it to this outlet. Staff are ill-mannered. After my last horrible experience with this particular outlet I did not go there for months. Yesterday I decided to revisit hoping they would have improved. The main and major issue with this outlet is the staff doesn't care about the customer or the customer experience but rather seems to be more concerned with making sure that things are put in place and nothing is disturbed.  Newsflash...if you want a customer to buy something the customer would like to see the product which involves touching the product.  In the previous visit the staff was more concerned with the safety of the product than the customer.  In this visit two things happened, in the first incident on this visit the staff decided to arrange stuff just as I start looking at the pouches in that section and asks me to move so that she could stand on a stool and drop pouches on me while supposedly arranging it even when I am looking at the lower shelf stuff.  Not just that she decides to drop for lack of a better word part of the shelf extension on me too.  I decide to go to the stuffed toys section and look at a stuff toy with a zip. I open the zip to see what it was about. In the second incident the staff drops by and tells me you should not open the zip like that you are on CCTV and being watched, we will get scoldings for it. If you have a policy I should not open the zip then put a board and keep a sample. My shopping in this visit ended within minutes with me walking to the counter and asking for a feedback form at billing counter rather than dumping the stuff and walking out like I did in the previous visit.  The incident doesn't end there, I was given a diary to write my feedback, and while writing it in this diary both the staff involved decide to leave their busy schedule of restacking to have a look at the feedback being provided.
Miniso management needs to get its priorities in order and provide the staff with proper training or grooming in their bedside manners.

Cheap Quality Products.. Specially Perfumes...employes have dont any knowledge... For saling purpose. They lies to customers....

Nice product range for home at reasonable prices, they are having men's range of shaving gears also a must try

Nice brand but scope for improvement:

Look forward to:
- improved merchandise
- new colours
- better pricing

The cashier was very stubborn and didn't provide change for the amount billed. I had to cancel all my order. Pathetic experience.
