I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I ordered a glass of lassi and was surprised to receive only half a glass, despite being charged the full price.
I have always enjoyed odering at your
establishment and have appreciated the quality of both the food and service. However, this incident was disappointing and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from your restaurant.
I kindly request that you address this matter and ensure that in the future, customers receive the full portions for which they are charged. I would also appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be rectified and any steps taken to prevent it from happening again.
