Very bad service. They get you to sign a service contract. Their person just calls up and says he us coming for servicing within an hour. They do not inform a day in advance and just tell us that I am coming in an hours time, after that I have to go someplace else. And they call up in the afternoon and disturb. And in the name of service, they say change the filter, this and that,. If we ask them to clean the filter reply is that is not my work. No accountability. Am very very dissatisfied and angry and disappointed. Even after paying yearly contract this is what we get in the name of service.

Great store has range of appliances. I visited for purchasing a dishwasher. The person there (name Mahesh) was very helpful in narrowing down the correct option for our use. Provided applicable discount before even asking. Overall great experience!

Payment Collected, machine delivered but demo person is not coming since two days. Now sales  people don’t lift the call. Please check capabilities before hiring people.  Juhu beach , Andheri Mumbai 400049 branch. On 24 hour service number the executive says to call back after sometime as server is slow. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻  Most horrible service. First time tried product. I regret. Hope they will improve. My sincere apologies for being harsh.
