I recently tried the Mediterranean Cottage Cheese Focaccia at Edesia and it was delicious! The bread was perfectly baked and had a great balance of flavors. The cottage cheese added a nice creamy texture and the Mediterranean seasonings gave it a unique and tasty twist. I was happy to see a healthy option on the menu and it did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this dish to anyone looking for a nutritious and satisfying meal.
