Your company claims to offer 24/7 customer support; however, this is completely untrue. Whenever customers attempt to contact support, proper assistance is not available. This creates inconvenience and reflects a lack of responsibility toward customer service.

Additionally, your promotional pamphlets and online advertisements mention attractive discounts on various plans. However, these discounts are not actually provided to customers. When questioned, your representatives state that the offers were only valid for the New Year. Nowhere on the pamphlet or advertisement is it mentioned that these offers are limited to a specific period or subject to any terms and conditions. This is misleading and unfair to customers.

Such practices create the impression that customers are being misled into purchasing connections based on false claims. I strongly advise potential customers to carefully reconsider purchasing services from your company, as there are several other service providers in the market offering more reliable and transparent services, such as Airtel and Jio.

I request that your company immediately address these issues and provide clear and transparent information to customers regarding your services and promotional offers.

Worst WiFi network experience ever. Neha Net in Mahim has constant connectivity issues, very slow speed, and frequent disconnections. Customer support is unresponsive and does not resolve problems properly. Not at all reliable Would not recommend Neha Net Mahim to anyone

The most unreliable network provider in Mahim, you would be better off using your mobile hotspot. They will not even answer your calls/texts when the wifi is down

Earlier, the service was good but since we were not working from home - even slight disruptions were fine. But as we are all working from home now - the main issue is reliability of internet connection. The connection keeps going dead & the major issue is that Nehanet office opens at 12pm - so as no one is present in office in mornings & office opens late - so no one picks the office landline number. Its turning into a real pain since we all are working from home. I hope the service improves in future.

For a small local ISP, the service quality is superb. Internet is down only for a few hours at a time 2-3 days in the year. That's an annual uptime of 99.89%. Most major web apps don't work this well. The response is fast and the problem gets fixed without a need to complain. Speed and price is superb.

Can someone from neha net assist me for my net issue which I mean facing from last 2 days.

Request you to please provide permanent solution on this issue as out of 30 days a month I'm facing issue at least for 22 days.

I am using this network for work from home purposes and expect normal professional response from you.

I have a one year plan with them and I would say it is the most pathetic internet service provider in mahim. Every few days their internet connection is down and when you try to connect them the phone numbers are invalid or switched off.

Its been one month taking the internet connection for work from home and the internet connection keeps on going every now and then, they usually  never answer your first and call back, even if they answer the call they keep on giving reasons, at last they say, they will arrange a technician visit and the so called technician never visit your place and saga continues......., until you get irate

Neha net services have improved considerably and Iam preety satisfied with them.  The number of engineers too have increased and hence now the time taken for a complaint is much less than before.  On the whole my experience has been to my satisfaction.
