It's a very clean and hygienic premises with large variety of Medicines, Skin Care Products, Health Supplement Products, Perfumes, Body Sprays,Pain Relieve Sprays and lot more varieties you name it and it's there. The products are manufactured by reputed Companies and are best and genuine Domestic and International Brands. I always buy my Medicines and other products from here. Definitely recommended.

⭐ 1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Nobel Plus (V.S. Marg Outlet, Opp. Siddhivinayak Temple)

I had a very unpleasant experience at this outlet. I reached the medical store at 11:45 AM, but the staff refused to let me enter, even though I could clearly see a couple of people inside buying toothpaste and gum. When I asked about this, the staff claimed that those customers had come 20 minutes before me — which I find hard to believe, considering they were still inside purchasing such simple items.

Instead of assisting me, the staff simply said, “If you want to visit, come tomorrow morning.” This kind of response shows a complete lack of customer service and professionalism.

Overall, the behaviour was arrogant, the service was poor, and the experience was frustrating. I expected much better from a medical store, especially at such a prominent location.

Absolutely pathetic service. They promise 24 hours home delivery but never deliver anything. Being a doctor myself, I am fed up of noble plus.

Do not expect great service they will keep you hanging and waiting when you are in urgent need of a medicine. Suggest Shiv Om much better service. I don't care attitude staff. My last buy as my borzo pickup address was here. The borzo person was more empathetic than these guys

Have been going here for 3 years now but have recently started noticing it's deteriorating customer service. Sometimes it'll be a damaged medication and other times it'll be the carelessness to not deliver medicines on time. It's sad how customer service is become a joke, especially when customers have faith in such a reputed pharmaceutical chain.

Unprofessional staff. Don't know how to treat a customer. Please don't purchase any medicine form mahim noble plus store.

Pathetic medical store. Mr.Raja at the counter treats customers badly. lots of issues when you try to return the product even if you have a receipt. Delivery takes 3hours to 4 hours as the staff is least bothered. Most of the medicines out of stock and they can't order it for you. More of a cold drink and ice cream shop rather than a medical store

The store is good. They have a large variety of non prescription goods too. The location is convenient. But they don’t accept returns even with the receipt and the product being unopened. Although when we asked them over the phone, they agreed to take back the same but when we went to the store, the flatly refused.

At 4.30am, i called up the landline and confirmed if levoflox 500mg is available and only after confirmation i went all the way to the shop to meet Mr. Sandeep, who says its not available just for the sake of not getting up from his place. Later when i told him about my call, a humble guy sitting next to him asked to get up and give the medicines.

Myself being a doctor, i was very much surprised and disappointed that such people exist who are not willing to help the patients. In such scenario, he shouldn't be working in the night shift.

They are giving eco friendly bags for delivery and compulsorily charging 1.5-2 RS per bag without even informing the customer. On asking on phone the counter guy rudely replies that delivery kaise denge ye to compulsory hai. Bending rules for own commercial benefit. Not even saying sorry and saying itne kam paiso ke liye aap Kya itna bol rahe hai.

Totally pathetic service providers. Unprofessional staff. Please don't purchase anything.

Good medical and pharmaceutical store, for all your pharma and medical needs. It is conveniently located, extremely clean premises and good helpful staff. They have a while lot of health supplement products too.

Delivery takes a very long time. sometimes they take more than 3 hours for delivery. The staff at this shop is least bothered.

Pathetic behavior by the staff. Even though all the necessary proofs were provided by me they denied returning medicine stating that these are not from our store.

As pathetic as a pharmacy can get, being a pharmacy this huge they don't have products which they have advertised to top it off they don't have change for 500, thank god 2000 notes are stopped . Zero pharmacy andaaaa

Pathetic service. They don’t have the medicine that is asked even if it is a common one. No seriousness when it comes to medicine delivery.

Very bad service. They take 3 hours to deliver the medicine. Recently when I ordered for a medicine they called me back after an hour and asked me if it was urgent. Pathetic management

I stay in mahim East, after taking all my details the man told me that they don't deliver in the east as it is difficult for them to travel.... Even after requesting him he didn't bother. Useless staff i must say!!!

The staff is very rude. Pathetic behaviour and no respect for customer. I would never recommend this medical store to anyone.
