I recently discovered Bamboo Kitchen and I have to say, their Veg Pan Fried Chilli Momos are simply divine! The combination of crispy fried outer layer and deliciously spicy filling had me craving for more. The presentation of the dish was also spot on, with beautiful plating that was almost too pretty to eat.
