Chicken Rara Masala

Rara chicken. Whisk together the yogurt and salt and marinate the chicken in it for an hour. Heat the oil and add the bay leaf, both cardamoms, and cumin. When the seeds splutter add the onions and saute till light brown. Stir in coriander, turmeric and chilli powder. Cook until tender.

Mixed chicken, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, flour, eggs, garam masala well. Let these marinate for an hour. Deep fry the marinated chicken in oil. In another pan, fry ginger and garlic paste and then add curry leaves and green chilies. Add the yogurt paste and salt.
