The store is good, but the staff have no time to attend as they are busy in themselves talking to each other.
They kept me waiting for 15 mins.
Hope the management of INTUNE will work on this, this is for the third time I had faced this issue.

1st time visited this brand... And i was really impress with the quality & pricing in which they are offering so much fashionable & good design clothes for women as well as men.... It will give a tough competition to Zudio if they are good at marketing...

It was a fantastic shopping experience as Mr. Saurabh Tripathi FC helped in each step in describing the details as per my need and rendered the perfect items. Thanking you.

Roshni has been of great help while we were shopping at Intune. She assisted with our choices very quick and she is well versed with all the shopping details at the store.

Great collection at amazing prices..value for money ! Neelam in particular was very helpful and courteous.

I had a really bad experience with Intune. Literally I waited for more than 1hr. And I'm writing this review while standing before the billing desk. I'm here to get the refund, their systems are working till I get my details and the systems are stopped working at the time of the refund amount. And they accepted the others bill. Simply they insist on not giving me a refund. They've asked me to take anything else but I refused as I didn't like anything. This needs to be improved a lot to get customer retention. Seriously I'm not coming again. And you can see they left me at the counter and the staff went somewhere.
And when I asked them they're claiming as internet is not working.

Collection is good but XXL sizes options are not available across the collection. Very few options are available in XXL. Staff is supportive and cooperative . Roshni is very cooperative.

Cashier Neelam was helpful and patient. Shop has great collection for budget shopping

Intune I loved 😍 the place...collection.

We found latest fashion..u get there kids, men ,women clothing there.

One best thing..we get nice 👌 modern dresses 👗 t-shirts for XL  and XXL sizes for women.
After a long I got so new dresses 👗 frocks, cord sets in my size.
Nice collection for kids, boys 👦 and girls 👧 too.

Changing room is also there but one suggestion only 3 changing rooms are there so there is a queue 🤔 so they should provide more space like Zudio.

Car parking is available as this store is in R Mall Thane west.

New Fashion brand I tried..will give 5 stars.

Good collection of clothes , very good color and new collection of clothes and very nice stafs, communicate well with customers specially Nilam, Preeti

I was mentioned the entire store was on 40% discount however after I wasted selected products 1 kurti i selected 4 kurtis and I was told by Utkarsh he claimed to be the Manager of the store at Thane Rmall mentioned this product was not on discount, now it's not about the money, it's about what is right and wrong. I want to sue these people for the false claim that they brag about. Rather do your work accurately and not put such discounts, wasted my time almost 2 hours selected the apparel and then waiting in the queue for trial and billing. Very frustrating could've under lstood if that was a single peice and such error but imagine it was available in all sizes and other colours, and the manager said in other colour I can give discount. He was not really sure of his own products. Please look into this, want to raise a consumer complaint. Hopeless sevice.

Neelam has given an excellent service and was very helpful the product was reasonable priced.
