Customer Advisory – Refund Policy at Max Fashion

Please be aware while purchasing products at Max Fashion:

Refunds are not provided, even for cash purchases.

The store only offers exchange or store credit, which is valid for 90 days.

No refund will be issued to your account or UPI ID.

This is to inform that I had coupons from previous purchases to redeem, which when I went there was declined saying that the redeem is only possible on Max products which when giving the coupons was not clarified it was stated that the coupons can be redeemed on the total billing amount of 999 or more.

However at the store only while checkout they informed this and also the manager wasn't able to satisfactory clarify. He offered then 15% discount on the 2 products of Max to which I agree to bill out but again he said that the system is taking only 1 product.

They were more into pushing to buy more Max products to redeem the coupon.

Finally I regretted my visit and went empty handed and they did not bother to even stop me.

It was a very worst experience

Max Fashion Overpriced Without Discounts

I recently shopped at Max Fashion during Holi, expecting festive discounts, but they charged me full MRP. Compared to other brands like Reliance Trends, Pantaloons, and even some local stores, Max Fashion's pricing feels unnecessarily high without offers. Other stores provide better deals and actual discounts during sales, making them a more budget-friendly option. If you're shopping at Max Fashion, double-check the prices and discounts—otherwise, you might end up paying more than it's worth.

Didn't liked the service at all. The customer service line is terrible. They are literally ignoring your calls post purchase.

Went there to shop today security at the trail room was so rude she herself forgot to give me some sought of card and was later questioning me and making faces wouldn’t visit again rather purchase online than taking unnecessary attitude.

Really irritating with salesperson behavior they are pressurizing for membership adding in bills without knowing customer permission
