Dyson Store Palladium Mall Mumbai

Sales team are really good at selling a product.... but their backend customer service is pathetic, they are trained like puppets to say "we apologize for the inconvinence" and they keep dragging the issue until they suck the blood out of you. 6 phone calls, 13 days, wrong delivery and we are still waiting for a simple battery replacement for our V8!

It seems our issue is consistent with other reviews. Avoid Dyson products!

This store is of Dyson and they don’t have Dyson air wrap in stock since 30th December it will be almost a week. They still don’t have that product. I had visited on 1st jan 2026 and again called today still not in stock.
It’s worse service and no point of travelling or even visiting this store or any store in Mumbai of Dyson they don’t have any products in stock and they don’t have management in place. It’s so disappointing. It’s better you visit other stores like chroma , Vijay sales they have products of this brand.
If It had 0 star I would have given. Never faced any problem in any brand stores with no stock. It’s very sad plus surprising

I recently purchased a Dyson vacuum, and I’m genuinely amazed by how efficient it is. My home has never felt this clean and fresh. I’d also like to highlight their fantastic customer service, Ibrahim from the sales team was extremely courteous and guided me perfectly through the purchase. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Omkar at your store is amazing! He really helped me out. Immediately helped get a replacement and totally sold me a brand new vacuum cleaner! Definitely a great sales guy and great in store experience.

Poorly run set-up. We bought a Vaccum cleaner. Post the sales the support staff did not look out for us. We had a faulty machine turn up twice. Everything from delivery to following up on the broken machine was done without any support from this store. I would not recommend the store.

I was told by Vinayak a shop executive to come and check out a piece in the store which upon arrival i discovered was not available as a demo piece. Unsure about why I was called and made the journey down from halfway across the city to be shown a picture I could have seen at home. Please train your staff to do better and not make false promises

We had purched Dyson V8 cordless vacuum cleaner on 23rd Nov 2023 from Croma,Andheri West store. Within a year of usage the battery stopped working and when we registered a complaint on their customer care number,the service person came with a wrong battery n told us that they don't have that battery in stock. The new battery will take 4-5 days yo come. So I escalated the issue. they told us that they will give us a new machine since they don't have that battery.  Our non functional machine was pickedup on 8th oct. Till today we haven't received any update of status info from Dyson. Pathetic service from Dyson India. Their authorised service center in dadar gives us different info n the customer service number gives us different info.thete is no communication amongst Dyson n their authorised service centers. Avoid buying Dyson products. Inspite of being so expensive comisted to other brands,Dyson service is waste n pathetic. Avoid avoid avoid buying Dyson products. Horrible after service. Crome had not even registered our machine on Dyson website after buying from them . Still waiting for our machine or any update to come from Dyson.

Faulty product, terrible service.
I have purchased the tp 03, product had occilation issues in the first month and had to be repaired. Then it gave a foul odour when switched on. So Dyson has agreed to give a exchange. My faulty product has been picked up but no date being provided for replacement delivery for almost two weeks. No call backs despite continuos follows ups. Terrible response to customer complaints. Repenting buying Dyson at much higher cost than other products.

Regret buying Dyson vacuum cleaner . Their service and parts support is quite pathetic.
We are told for a battery we have to wait for a month, because they don’t have it. We are expected to not clean our house for a month waiting for them to get the part. Quite sad in terms of customer orientation. Highly recommend going for a company which can support parts availability locally in our country.

Worst service ever! Their referral program is a sham, and I believe it starts with their staff at Palladium. Its been over 5 months and we are still waiting for a resolution. The Palladium staff refuses to take any responsibility, or answer calls. Makes one wonder if the referral product goes in their kitty.
Lied to us and eventually we had to reach out to the head office. I am still waiting for a solution.

A Disastrous Experience with Dyson Airwrap:
Negligence at Its Finest

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Dyson and their abysmal customer service for my Dyson Airwrap. I had eagerly scheduled a virtual training session, excited to unlock the full potential of my new purchase. However, what followed was an absolute nightmare, leaving me frustrated and deeply disappointed.

Firstly, despite being given a specific date and time for the session, I didn't receive any form of communication from Dyson. No email, no phone call, nothing. It seemed as if my appointment had been completely disregarded by the company.

To my dismay, the customer service representative I spoke with was unhelpful and unsympathetic. They simply dismissed my concerns, claiming they couldn't assist me further.

Dyson, you have failed me as a customer, and I hope you rectify these glaring flaws.

Dyson air purifier is a gimmick product. It’s totally useless and worthless. Kept it on for days but still showing air quality as poor in my living room. The customer service executive said it will take 2-3 days for sensor to calibrate and then after 3 days they said it will take 5 days and then after 5 days they said it may take upto 2 weeks for the sensor to calibrate and show the actual air quality. My Panasonic air purifier for bedrooms work much better and I can actually feel fresh air. I regret my decision of choosing Dyson.

Dyson is a UK brand.
Done not negotiate a bit also.
Products are costly but maybe worth. Started just now to use it.

It’s a sad costing cutting customer service with a lack of coordination between team members. 21-11-23; 9:15pm. What attitude !!! So much to improve. Indian has a long way to go in customer service. A simple things complicated due to lack of training to coordinate. The franchise or company owner: Only Money matters, basic understanding doesn’t! Isnt it!

I went to the dyson experience store, Mumbai to test the airwrap. It’s a revolutionary device with a significant learning curve. Hence it is extremely important to demonstrate its functionality. Dipika from the sales team was a utter disappointment with this task. She was too occupied engaging in futile gossip and didn’t have two cents of patience to explain the product effectively. When I faced an issue with my product and reached out to Dipika, she very conveniently forgot to launch a complaint and fix my issue despite of me calling her three times.

This is when Brendon stepped in so graciously and helped me choose the right set for my hair type. He was kind enough to sanitise all the attachments for me and helped me get a good deal. Thank you Brendan for your service, you are a true darling.

Guys always remember to pick a good salesman.

Original Dyson products are available here. They are of excellent quality. There were few price discount schemes going on during February 2020. The Dyson products are many times more expensive than similar products of other brands in the market. But their products are quite innovative in design.

“Never buy Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner”.

I had registered a complaint on 6th of Oct about my vacuum cleaner. Till 10th Oct, no one attended to my complaint.
Today I made four calls to their call centre to check the status  Their call centre guys are arrogant and will not promise any date. I tried reaching their supervisors, they put me on hold for 15 mts on each call and vanished!
I tried reaching Mr.Mukesh (Manager Eureka Forbes, Mumbai). Even he seems to be busy to attend or return the call!
Today evening, one random guy showed up. When I showed the defect of the machine, which was low suction, he called his office to seek an answer.
Surprisingly, the technician was not knowing to open the machine and see the dust bag! Something was not adding up! It seems, they had sent some random technician!
Then he said, the motor is gone, the product is outdated and the parts are unavailable!
If this statement is true, it’s not worth investing. Beware, their service is a hype!

Initially calling customer care & watsapp messages, I got no response. Then they promised to call back in 12 hrs but nobody called. Once they spoke to me and they delivered my product in 2 hrs. I was super impressed with the follow up and delivery. They went out of the way to gift wrap and wait for my wife to come home to surprise her.
All’s well that ends well. Ashley did a great job!!
