Very Bad experience with LG product and This LG technicians. When they arrive for repairing or visit they ask for Money first and after taking money from customer they will go within 2 minutes and saying that product is not repairable.
They talking with customer very badly ,worst behaviour ever with consumer.

Don't buy LG product because ,they are launching product then after some time it requires repairing first after that they are sending worst people on the name of technicians and then their product is declar by LG non repairable .
I think LG should have to shut down their production of defective product.

Although they are LG authorized service center they dont come on time. My fridge was repaired few months back but again started having problem. Dont buy LG product as they don't have proper service center in Mira Bhayandar area.. Totally unprofessional service.

Pathetic service, extremely rude staff and denial to provide service. They keep on rescheduling the appointment. I am trying to to get a product demo and installed and 2 weeks there is no service provided.

Very Disappointed with the Service – Unreliable and Unprofessional

I am extremely dissatisfied with the bed service I’ve received. The engineer (Ashish and abhid) assigned to my case has given multiple appointments but has failed to show up every single time. Each time, I was told they would arrive at a certain time, but they never came. What’s worse is that after missing the appointments, the engineer stopped answering calls altogether.

This kind of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It has caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted my time. If you value your time and want reliable service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Worst service I have experienced in my life. I bought refrigerator 2 months back and found cooling issue. I raised a service request so 1st technician found compressor issue , 2nd technician says its a leakage issue of coil, 3rd come with compressor and coil to fit the parts but says I can't do this. 4th Technician comes and while trying to fit the coil he burns the body and tries to hide the same with ice tray. I would suggest that the SKY Service should shut down and no one should accept service from them

Very Bad experience.LG is just making fool of people after service is very bad.Sky services is  the most worst agency complaining since two days but not a single call or technician had turned up

Useless service and useless technician form Sky service . He didn't gave  full operating demo and  . And denied to revisit. Worst service by sky service . They sent non technical person.

1. Tech says AC parts will arrive in 2-3 days.
2. Get a call saying it will take 1 week.
3. Followed up after 6 days to inquire about status and they say no one has responded to the email.
4. Followed up again same day in the evening and now the ETA is another 5 days.
All this time the AC is sitting useless with 0 cooling. They do not escalate or follow up routinely with the customer or parts vendor.

I had lodged complain for water leakage of Split AC on 5th April 2023 yet it not resolved
The manger Partik itself is useless and good for nothing

These are frauds. We had arranged service under warranty as there was overflow from water purifier. The mechanic opened the machine and told straighway that motor is damaged. I had a doubt that a 2 year machine cannot be damage so soon. I asked the guy to leave the place. Next day I called another person and found that the motor was working. Also there was little disconnection due to which the leakage was happening. I had to spend 500 from my pocket to get it repaired.

unprofessional and rude technician. when called service center, even there same language is used. dont have manners to even talk to ladies. worst service center. not advisable to use their services.

This is a team of frauds, am shocked how come #KentRO has hired these ruthless people as their service partner. I'm feeling looted by KentRO via #SkyServices as they have failed to provide service even after 45 days of raising service request. I would request KentRO to ban them for life and immediately change them before these crooks ruins their brand name!!!

Service center is shifted to "Green Avenue, Shanti Park,  Next to St. Xavier School, Mira Road (E)".

The way of talking of that old person is very bad.

He  don't know how to talk with customer.

He uses abusive words while any customer doing any request.

Very bad service....they will never turn up for a service themselves ..you have to call them several times...when they come to clean filtets they will deliberitely touch some wire here and there to create a fault so they can earn money by installing a part....duplucate parts used by them.....i had finally to call tec from kent main itself who fixed it in one go

Bad service, when registered for complaint for fridge repairing and has came to see and updated that the gas has gone of fridge and gas filling steam will come tomorrow I.e. on Sunday after 12 PM, but no team has arrived

LG customer care said this is LG Service center for Smartwatch which is untrue. Funny part they representative didn't even know where it could be serviced.

Very bad experience. They are not good, worst experience don't go to them for any services. Take money only. 👎👎👎
