Very quick and fast printing and cutting, original time expected was 1 hr but they gave it to me in 25 mins only. Very good quality too. Thank you!!!

Place was good earlier but prices have been raised even before pandemic. I used to get bulk printing done here. I discovered other printing houses giving same quality at 40% cheaper rates. My advise to them is to keep the prices reasonable else they will lose customers.

This place used to be the best print shop in the area but lately it's been consistently more expensive than many better competitive places in recent years. Terrible customer service too. Everyone has an inflated ego for some reason. Earlier they used to work with you and consult with the designer to achieve their expected output. Now they just talk rude and give you a terrible output even after specifically requesting a specific type of finish. And charge you a bomb for it too. They used to be my go to place as a budding designer in school for all my print needs. Super disappointed :(

Good and polite staff,help in all printing needs.  Quick service and quality is good too yes price is premium but no compromise on quality

Horrible experience today. I had asked to make a smart card and paid full money. i was asked to come after 24 hours. i went to collect after 30 hours but it was not ready and the staff was extremely rude. They asked to come later. When i said it was not possible,  one staff asked to me take the money back. When I asked them to give the phone number of the owner, they denied it.
After I started arguing and a few people gathered, one lady came up from inside and said she will get it done in 15 minutes. And lo behold! they did it in 15 minutes. So what was the attitude earlier all about?
I will never use their services again.

Gave another rate on phone call and when I reached there gave increased rate. Take in writing beforehand.

Very horrible support staff. Beware of this guys because they charge you for everything. Ridiculous staff behavior. Asked for 6" * 8" photo prints for which I was told 20 Rs per photo. When the prints came out it came on A4 paper. Now they charge 5 Rs extra per photo to cut from A4 to 6" * 8". So each photo instead of costing 20 Rs now costs 25 Rs. By this logic if you ask them to print 500 visiting cards, they will charge 5 rs for cutting one visiting card??? Then I asked them to give me cutter so I can cut it myself, to which the guy ridicules saying it will take 20 minutes just to give a normal Cutter. Worst service experience ever. Avoid this place if possible.

Mr. Shardul is patient and efficient with his work.
Shankar Bhai, takes prints and does cutting patiently. No compromise on quality.

Worst customer service experienced. Print was to be taken on letter head and this guy gave me a print which was upside down. On asking him as in why this mistake happened and I had only one letter head so this will wadlste my time, he had the audacity to blame cusomer for the same. He says I should have got 2 letter heads as this is machine fault. Person doing this work day in and out is aware of how to put paper for print. Worst part is that instaed of apologising the owner blamed customer for not carrying extra letter head. Will never opt services from this shop.

It's so good the quality of paper and everything is amazing. Every size and every type of printout is available.

I asked for matt finished 4*6 photo to frame. Instead they gave me just colour print on matt paper which i would have done on my printer at home. Also staff is overworked . They dont pay  heed to customers. Not recommended at all. Aldo no invoice was issued on payment.
