At prime location sakinaka junction... this outlet can be spotted easily. I tried veg zinger and friend had chicken zinger and devil chicken. KFC always serves best food. This is a new outlet so it's very huge and superb interior and lights.

There are multiple outlets of KFC in Mumbai, out of which I visited the one located in Sakinaka. I mostly visit to munch on the supercharger & Chicken bucket.
We ordered-
▪️Supercharger meal(medium)
▪️Chicken popcorn (medium).

The chicken served is fresh and tender.
Talking about the ambience, it's subtle and very minimal. The seating area is quite comfortable and can accommodate 20-30 people easily.
The staff is very friendly and the order is always served on time.
I've always had an amazing experience!

I'm actually a very wrong person to review KFC as I'm a super fan of this brand. In my travel to various places I have always made sure to have KFC and with every region change the taste changes and it has never failed to make me happy.
KFC Saki Naka is located in a very very busy location in Mumbai, the place is accessible by Metro ad well and its situated at a walking distance from the Metro station.
For all those folks intending to travel in their own personal vehicle, its strongly advised to use the parking space provided in the adjacent building which comes at a cost.
This store is relatively less crowded between  14:30 - 16:30
Happy Dining to everyone and super recommend to visit KFC store on Wednesdays to avail the best offering the brand has to provide.

KFC are having many branches in Mumbai.Last week I visited their Sakinaka branch.The ambience is good and there are enough tables to accommodate many people at peak hours.
I tried their chicken burger and their fried chicken bucket.
The burger was awesome and spicy as it should be.
The chicken fry was ultimate.it was crispy and perfectly fried from inside also.
It is a place to visit again and again.

Craving for crispy chicken took me to KFC, and the visit was totally worth it. The outlet was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable seating area.
The food was served hot and fresh. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, just the way it should be. The staff was polite and handled orders quickly, even when there were many customers.
Ordering was simple, and the waiting time was reasonable. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely visit again when I’m in the mood for good fast food.

This one was located very near to my hotel in sakinaka area so I walked for a quick meal. The place is clean and big, I ordered zinger meal with chicken popcorn and the same was handed over to me in less than 2 minutes which was fast. The quality of the food was good as you would expect from kfc. Server was polite and fast.

They have also started selling sauces in bottles as I saw on a poster on the counter.

Overall the experience was nice and service was quick.

I was looking for something not spicy, so went to this KFC. Rice was little bit hot, but it wasn’t bad after all. Food was ok. Only issue is, you can’t pay for your order using bank card if you don’t have an Indian mobile number, and that is quite stupid.

Fast food served hot,always love the great taste of the KFC chicken. The secret masala has awed many and I don't plan to stop having KFC!! Ordered: Big Saving Bucket which includes
1. 4pc HC
2. 6pc Chick Strips
3. 6pc Hot Wings at 522
and 1 Pepsi Pet which was not included in Bucket at just 609Rs only

The quality of food is great as always, and the staff was actually polite, which is not usually the case with this restaurant.
There were ample seating arrangement and the place it self was spacious and well maintained.
The only problem faced was during picking up orders, as there is no coupon system, and the staff will literally have to shout out to you till they get your attention.

Checking their last 2 reviews i was a bit unsure to order the chicken hot and crispy.. but to my utter surprise this joint of KFC has the best chicken hot and crispy.. i really should give a shout out for the exceptional taste.. it was crisp and juicy as it should be.. staff are also courteous.. rest branches i have been of KFC like the chakal and Goregoan oberoi branch should learn from this branch cooking style and standards.. i must agree while delivery the product does not taste the same as it travels in a box of the bike and does make the chicken soggy.. but dine in experience was amazing.

The design and theme has been changed and KFC looks refreshing and new. The new theme works and appears like a real nice place. The place is huge and quite peaceful.

The menu has been changed and a lot of new dishes have come up since the last time I visited a KFC outlet.

The taste of its famous Chicken is the same and that's what makes it unique but other than that the Burger's don't really impress me. The dishes are new but they all taste the same, so it's just old dishes in a new avatar.

The quality and quantity like always is good. The prices have been increased from what it was before.

The service has improved and the staff was really good.

Located conveniently near Sakinaka metro station, Mumbai. I went for the devil’s chicken and it was tasty indeed. Tried the 59 rupees chicken long sandwich as it’s called I guess. That was a bit of disappointment though.
The devil’s chicken is nothing but their chicken strips smothered with thai chili sauce which is tangy and spicy atbthe same time along with some other spices. Quick service :) and ya I was satisfied altogether.

The ambience of this particular outlet is really nice. The service was pretty quick as well. Had the standard Zinger meal and chicken popcorn. Something was definitely off about the crusher I felt because it's usually crushed ice and it tasted different as well. It wasn't very crowded since I visited the place on a saturday.

Review of Visit of 2Mar'24 at around 7 to 7:30 PM -- Please make changes to your rostering if staff it is a Weekend and it was observed that there is No seperate billibg staff and delivery staff both are done by a single person which iss casing a delay in delivery.Even the food preparation is slow becuse I was told that cooking a chicken popcorn (small) takes time. Worst experience ever, being a regular guest! Yesterday went there for double down meal and reg fries. Fries were double fried and 3times salty. Went to their counter reporting this issue they took it and said nothing , even from inside one person said 3 min lagega the attandent didnt even told to have a seat and he will serve fries at our table. Later after 15 mins went again to the counter they were like i think we called you to pickup your fries, liars they didnt even addressed us. And after started bribing us for complimentary fries. Even the bill was not mailed or messaged to us i think they punched  a void bill as it was a cash transaction and we know it verywell being in a hospitality background!

I am extremely disappointed to report the unprofessional conduct at your KFC Sakinaka outlet in Mumbai.

Today (15/02/2025) I visited the store at 11:00 AM, which is the officially displayed opening time. To my shock, the staff informed me that the outlet would require an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour to open. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of operational discipline.

If the store is not prepared to open at the declared time, then displaying 11:00 AM as the opening hour is misleading to customers. It wastes customers’ time and demonstrates a disregard for basic service standards. Such behavior damages the reputation of your brand and raises concerns about overall management at this outlet.

I expect a clear explanation for this lapse and to be informed of the corrective action taken against the concerned staff or management. Kindly treat this matter with urgency and ensure strict adherence to official store timings henceforth.

Please do not respond with a generic apology. I require a concrete response outlining the steps taken to prevent recurrence.

Pathetic experience at this outlet.
Starting from ordering at the kiosk, while ordering the employee was entering his own contact number so I did not receive any bill for the order, this can also be a tactic to avoid negative feedback and he will share a good feedback for himself. Secondly the order was cold. I ordered a mojito (crusher), the employee did not notice that I was waiting at the counter just looked around and poured cold drink and put some mint leaves on top and a piece of lemon. I have had mojito from KFC before and seen them make it multiple times as it is my favourite on the menu. He did not crush the mint nor the lemon. When I told him that it is made wrong, the shamelessly told "Aisehi Banate hai".

We had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. The chicken was extremely dry and cold. We ordered a KFC wings bucket, and it was so dry that we had to change the chicken twice, yet the quality did not improve.
On top of that, the staff member seemed to be in a big hurry to shut the outlet, which felt very disrespectful—not just to us, but to other customers as well. We were made to feel rushed instead of welcomed.
Overall, the food quality and service were both below expectations. This outlet seriously needs to improve consistency and customer handling.

Absolutely pathetic experience at KFC.
Employee named Heena was extremely rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. First, she confidently told me that the Gold Edition Burger must be clubbed with a combo. When I went to the counter, another staff member confirmed that the burger can be ordered separately.
Instead of correcting her mistake politely, Heena chose to be disrespectful and dismissive, blaming the counter staff by saying they’re a “new joinee” and “don’t know anything.” That attitude is unacceptable. If someone on your team is new, train them properly don’t insult them or customers to cover up your own confusion.
Her tone and behavior were so rude that it completely ruined the experience. This kind of arrogance and lack of basic customer service is shocking for a brand like KFC. If this is how customers are treated, don’t be surprised when people stop coming back.
Extremely disappointed. This needs to be addressed seriously.

Very concerning experience at this outlet.
On 03-12-2025, when I was placing my order at the kiosk, a staff member immediately came over and started tapping on the screen unnecessarily, trying to distract me. They insisted on asking my payment method, and when I said UPI, they entered a mobile number without my consent and pushed the order forward. They then told me to pay using the QR code.

When I questioned why my own number wasn’t used, I was given an unreasonable explanation about a “secret code” being required for online payments. This is clearly misleading. When I did the process myself using my own number, the order went through normally without any “secret code.”
This raises serious concerns about possible misuse of customer payments.

I also paid for a carry bag, but after payment, I was told they did not have any bags and they refused to refund the amount.

Overall, the experience felt unsafe, unprofessional, and dishonest. KFC India seriously needs to look into the staff behavior at the Sakinaka outlet, as customers should not feel scammed or uncomfortable while placing an order.

Horrible horrible service! Ordered burgers a bit late night through food delivery app. They Sent three burgers without patties. I mean what kind of a person would pack the order without realising that not one not two but three of the burgers have no patty? And the restaurant number directs you to an automated call where despite staying for 10 mins on the call they simply cut me out. This is the most annoying and bizarre experience I’ve had!

It appeared as though the food was prepared outside and delivered to the shop, and the chicken served seemed very old. This is far below the standard expected from KFC.

I had a terrible experience at this outlet. The service was extremely slow, the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, and the food quality was far below KFC’s usual standards. The chicken was cold and soggy, and the fries were stale. Hygiene also seemed questionable. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be visiting this location again. Highly disappointed.

Very Bad Experience – Did Not Receive My Order

I placed an order from KFC Sakinaka for home delivery, but I never received my food. Despite waiting for a long time, there was no proper update or communication from the restaurant. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility. I paid for something I didn’t even get. Very disappointed with the service—definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

It's been more than a month now, my refund is approved but didn't received it in my account. Very pathetic service. They they promised to share payment details and now never pick up the call nor reply neither refunded my money.

I visited the KFC Chakala, Andheri East branch today and had a terrible experience. PREETI, the girl at the counter, was rude and had poor communication skills. I ordered a Big 8 Chicken Bucket and a Paneer Burger with fries. She told me it would take four minutes, but I was made to wait for 25 minutes while they served everyone else and completely forgot my order.

Even after following up multiple times, they ignored me. When I finally confronted them, they started blaming each other instead of fixing the issue. Preeti’s attitude was careless and extremely disrespectful.

To make things worse, when I reached home, I found that my Big 8 Chicken Bucket was incorrect. Instead of 2 Hot & Crispy pieces, they gave me 2 Chicken Wings. This is pathetic service from start to finish. I trusted KFC, but this was completely unacceptable. It’s shocking that KFC hires such irresponsible staff who clearly don’t care about their customers.

Very bad ambience and cleanliness! Plenty of houseflies and mosquitoes! The food served also was not fresh! We had to return the food and leave! Staff are good though! Avoid this outlet!

"I had a very bad experience with the supervisor at the KFC outlet in R City Mall, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, on Children's Day (14-11-2024) at 10 pm. When I placed my order and paid via UPI, the supervisor suddenly intervened, questioning the staff, 'How did you receive payment?' The staff replied, 'Via UPI.' The supervisor then asked, 'Why?' Everyone seemed shocked, but no one spoke up.

When I returned to the counter for my next order, the supervisor again questioned the staff, 'How did you receive payment?' The staff replied, 'Via UPI.' This time, the supervisor instructed, 'No, get payment via card.' I was shocked and wondered how they could change payment methods mid-transaction."

WeI ordered KFC online through your website on December 24th, and I completed the payment. Later, I decided to cancel that order because it made sense to order from somewhere closer to where I'm staying in Thane Ghodbundar. Today, I visited a KFC branch and ordered 4 pieces of chicken strips along with 4 pieces of hot and crisp chicken. Unfortunately, the hot and crisp chicken wasn't fresh – its coating was soggy, unusually oily, and seemed like it might have been leftover chicken refried. My friend, who had the chicken strips, later experienced digestive issues. Additionally, the restaurant wasn't very clean; we even spotted an insect on our table. The washroom was poorly maintained and unclean as well. Our expectation of a pleasant meal was shattered by this disappointing experience.
