I recently tried the Choley Bhature Platter at Simply Breakfast Co and I was blown away by the flavors and quality. The Choley were perfectly spiced and the Bhature was soft and fluffy. The platter also came with a side of refreshing mint chutney. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail in the presentation of the dish.
