Not a great service, misplaced my battery and returned my laptop without a battery, upon coming back gave me a wrong one and when I approached them again for my battery the receptionist was rude.

Not a great service, will urge people to look for alternatives

Awful experience. This place ruined my laptop and refused to return my money. Had to literally call the cops on them and get the money back. 100% Scam. Google should allow a half star rating for these kind of businesses.

Strictly avoid for the following reasons
1) Rude staff, no manners
2) Poor customer response, they dont answer calls
3) Rude owner, takes no ownership of his staff and the poor execution that caused hardware failure
4) Dishonest business practices, no transparency
5) They use pirated software
6) Fake hardware

My PC wasn't starting. They even did not see whats the problem and asked me to pay 350 as service charge. Its a minimum charge for any problem here. I went to other shop where here replaced power cable with 100/- . Please don't loot money!!!

Frauds of the highest order...my desktop computer wasn't starting and so had to give it to them for repair.these people kept my desktop for around a month.had to give them several reminders for the same.charged me Rs.500/- for the socket repair despite having a AMC...they never answer any calls nor have the decency to call back.avoid these crooks at all cost.

Fraud company.

I gave them my PC to repair. They replaced the Power Supply Unit(PSU) saying PSU is not working. Charged me 1000rs while the only issue with my PSU was the power cable wasn't working.

Any Body do not Purchases any kind of Computer Laptop & Desktop or any computer related accessories & Repair any thing else this shop very bad service provideded. Receptionist & Boss talking rudely & Selfish person not given any answer or after services.Receptionist only timepass not doing any kind of work.not given proper answer properly.No any Star this shop bad services

I visited this store on the 14th April 2026 at 2 pm arround to repair my laptop 💻 store staff said me leave your laptop here our our technician will check & update you around 5 to 6 pm but on same day I have waited till 8 pm but  no one has call me, I received a call next day morning that you IC & MOTHERBOARD not working that why your laptop not working for repair the 9,000/- Charges, I said don't repair I'll collect my laptop

But I'm sure they have removed some original part from my laptop

I'll never ever suggest anyone to visit at this shop
