⚠️ Unprofessional Handling & Poor Commitment

We assigned this vendor a 3D pop-up brochure project. After cost approval and sample approval, we committed timelines to our client.

During the first prototype review, we requested improvements in finishing and overall quality, which is basic for such a job. The owner clearly stated that he could not give any assurance on quality or finishing and even suggested that we get the work done from somewhere else.

Despite having already agreed to the project, just 5 days before client delivery, the vendor backed out completely and asked us to move to another vendor. This put us in serious trouble at the last moment and risked our client relationship.

If quality, finishing, timelines, and commitment matter to you—and you don’t want to risk losing your client—I would strongly suggest not dealing with this vendor.

One of the Best place to get Customised 3D POP UP Cards & Invitations. Reasonably priced & designed & delivered on time .

Not recommended at all. had contacted them in the month of Sep , and they kept me waiting for nearly 2.5 months after which they told it would not be possible. I f you are asking for a a quote and they keep you waiting, that means do not build any hopes, as they wont turn up ever.
