Worst experience ever. An amateur guy from the shop visited to check my PC. Barely did some thing on my system for 4-5 mins, rubbed some paste on cpu hardware and says just empty space on the drives. Took 400 for this petty thing and left. The problem that I called him for still continues since he didn’t nothing at all. A complete waste of time and money

Worst place to go for your laptop....I had an issue with the body of my keyboard...they changed my keyboard and did fabrication but when I checked my laptop ..it stopped working only...then I went again to them the next day because they ruined my laptop...they said that they would need one day to repair it....I received a call 2 days after that the laptop is repaired ...I went to pick it up...when I was checking the laptop they asked me not to move screen even an inch cause if I'll do so the laptop will shut itself....AND THATS HOW THEY RUINED MY LAPTOP WHICH WAS MUCH BETTER BEFORE I GAVE IT TO THEM FOR REPAIRS

I had boot up & performance issue with my Dell laptop. The issue was resolved quickly by Technology IT personnel. Additional SSD hard disk was inserted for boot up performance & servicing carried out.
The service & technical knowledge of the personnel is amazing. And ofcourse not to mention about prompt service with sincerity!

Spare parts of the laptop are available with a warranty. I have changed my HP laptop keyboard and battery; wherein battery replacement was provided by the team within the warranty period too.

I have been using an HP laptop for the last 7 years (6th Gen laptop), which has become very very slow due to the latest software and I had planned to purchase a new laptop which costs 50-70+K.
