FNG / Steph Motors near Bangli Hospital, Vasai West is completely untrustworthy and operates in a cheating manner. For any issue, they falsely claim “clutch problem” and push customers to replace everything. They billed me a huge amount for clutch, gear oil, and other additions, but the actual work was not done. Clutch was never replaced, oil was not changed, even top-up was billed without being done.

They inflate charges (₹450 work shown as ₹600), provide no guarantee, and once the money is taken, they completely ignore calls and complaints. The issue in my car remained unsolved, and I only lost money. This workshop survives by cheating customers with false promises, fake billing, and manipulation.

I strongly warn others — do not trust FNG / Steph Motors. They are highly dishonest, deceptive, and exploit customers without giving genuine service.

We visited Steph Motors on 9th July to get a Anti-rust coating to be done underneath our vehicle.

On reaching the service center, they immediately attended to us and asked what needs to be done.
After we told them the issue, they got our vehicle raised and showed us how the rust had affected underneath the vehicle. And suggested what needs to be done.

It took around 5 hours for the job and it was nicely done.

Amount was quite reasonable.

Zero experience mechanic staff. I had replaced clutch plate before moving to my Village with family. When I reached ८० to १०० kilometer from the Vasai and suddenly I feel some noise from engine  where flywheel and clutch plate installed failed down. I called to steph  owner he said "100 Km chala Gaya na to Mai kuch nahi kar sakata.".
I went to local garage he said that screw slipped from the mounting hence this is happed.

I request 2 Paisa Jada jayega chalega. But steph motor gadi mat de Dena..

Excellent service, nice polite staff.I visited vasai west branch. They know exactly what your car needs.. I got a very good service package for 2yrs at jst few pennies I can say..But over all experience was good.Will definately recommend others.

A good place with a great package which includes 6 washing, 2 wax polishing, 4 services, these all in a package of Rs. 1499, Grab it now.
