I recently visited 145 The Mill and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered a variety of Paleo diet options. I tried the Butter Chicken Bao and it was absolutely delicious. The bao bun was soft and fluffy, and the filling was packed with flavor. As someone who follows the Paleo diet, it was refreshing to find a dish that fit my dietary preferences and was also so tasty. I definitely recommend checking out this restaurant for their great Paleo options.

Had dinner at 145 The Mill, and I was pleasantly surprised. The grilled chicken I ordered was cooked perfectly and was super flavorful. The price was reasonable too. Definitely worth the order! Highly recommend it for those looking for amazing dinner options.
