I had a great experience at Global Net Computer in Vasai. Their service is fast, reliable, and affordable. The technicians are knowledgeable and quickly fixed my laptop issue.

WORST PLACE TO EVER GO TO FOR ANY LAPTOP REPAIRS.
In February I had gotten my laptop battery changed by these people. They charged me 3.5k and gave 6 months warranty. Now EXACTLY in the 7th month, the battery has swollen up and stopped working. Pretty convenient that the battery stopped working exactly after the warranty period ended no?

When I took it to them, they said nothing can be done, I’ll have to replace it with a new one for 3.5k again. So I’m supposed to keep buying new laptop batteries every 6 months? 😂

And the reason they gave for this is “oVeRcHaRgInG”. Let me assure you that I used my original battery for 2 years safely plugged in, without it getting “overcharged” and it worked perfectly fine.

GlobalNet is nothing less than a fraudulent store that gives you CHEAP products & perfectly convenient warranty periods for the same so that you don’t even get to claim that warranty. Beware people!

I’ll make sure all my friends and family never visit this place again. So fyi, you lost more than 1 customer. Hope you’re happy!

Amazing Services and Very Polite Staff......Overall it's a Good store which sells their products at reasonable prizes.

Few year back I visited the service center to update my software after my software. Within few day my laptop was dead is still in same condition dead. I don't what they did it but still I remember the name since more than 4 year this incident was happen. Still whenever I think about this service it's giving me horrible memory. After the incident happen I never purchase any thing even it's brand warranty. They're horrible.

Extremely bad experience. They repaired my macbook but lost few parts of my laptop. And on top of this, they refused Directly saying that we haven't done. Be very very careful. My camera was working before 8 gave my laptop, now it's not working. They suggested me to buy it from their shop. You can't trust them. Owner started to shout and fight along with technician.
I am editing my answer 4 months after repairs and the repair work didn't last even for 3 months. It stopped working again...this is after spending Rs 3600.
