Very Pathetic service at Patel Mart Vasind
They don’t know where things are kept in there store only. Nobody provides any assistance regarding anything. Me and my friend visited this evening for some groceries. We collected everything required and went to the cash counter. The lady at the cash counter was so rude she said they don’t have any carry bags for the items we had purchased ,we asked them how would we carry all the groceries she rudely said they then don’t buy , we spoke to the manager their even she had no response from her end, nobody there is bothered about there costumers. We were provided with no help and helplessly had to leave all our things there and go.
Hi highly request Patel Mart not to open their franchise at places were nobody is bothered About customer satisfaction.

All Staff service not good cashier staff talking lagunga is not good staff loudly tolk to customer

Worst service ever , i was at the shop this afternoon to buy some groceries , they initiated and ask me to opt for home delivery which was to be delivered within 1:30 hr but there’s no revert of any calls neither i received my orders

Need to update cloth section,good for grocery.
