Ranjeeta from MR tours and travels was prompt to answer all my questions and doubts. Although I took more than  a month but she was patient and helped in planning my trip as per my customized needs.
The hotel stay, food, local sight seeing and bus tickets were done properly.
Park plaza Hotel was nice with good food and the bus staff was helpful too
If the local sight seeing driver would have given us adequate time then it would have been really amazing...

It was wonderful experience with MR Tours and Packages for Dwaraka, Diu and Sasan GIR National Forest trip. Everything was were well taken care and good accommodation was provided.

Bus Facility: Vighneshwar Travels bus was bit late but it was comfortable travelling in it
Hotel: Food at “Grand Sarathi Hotel” gave us homely feeling, staff was supportive & polite..
If you are hygienic person then you might not be that happy with this hotel

I had an incredible experience with MR Tours and Packages, thanks to the exceptional support from Ranjeeta Patra. Nice experience. Thanks to Ranjeeta madam for arranging a budget tour at a short notice. Everything was nice except the bus (Vighneshwar travels) came late during the pickup from Thane KTS boarding point. No waiting facilities are available this pickup point and literally I had to wait with my family for more than an hour on the road waiting for the bus. I hope this issue will be addressed soon. Other than that my tour was fantastic.

Just wanted to share my experiences of 2 tours that I had with M R Tours so far, one was pre covid during end 2019 and other post covid during 2021.
Pre covid was an out of station trip to few places in Madhya Pradesh, the entire experience was simply brilliant including the choice of hotel, the places to visit, the itinerary planning, and so on...which led to plan my upcoming trip with them only but then we had this pandemic and entire family members were skeptical to plan one. However, post the 2nd wave and various lockdowns relaxing we got in touch with M R Tours and more than a scenic destination or adventurous or sight seeing place, we categorically requested them for a quiet place to relax ourselves from the busy schedules at home and more IMPORTANTLY a safe and a hygienic place. Then immediately in 2 hrs the team came up with 3 plans in Maharashtra state, to which I opted for a resort stay near Karjat and believe me the trip was awesome and all family members came back afresh safely. The entire stay and food quality was really well arranged with a "safety" and "hygiene" quotient added to it.

I look forward to them for my upcoming holidays to firstly suggest a destination and the arrangements thereon.

I am very happy with the service from travel agent. Ranjeeta ji had booked the Mahabaleshwar package which was pocket friendly and with loads of services. The hotel Hillway Inn was good and the staff was friendly. Everything went smoothly, from the accommodations to the activities and excursions.

We (myself, wife and my son along with my old parents) enjoyed Mahabaleshwar trip. Mr. Mahesh suggested best option as per our requirement. Thanks to him for ensuring check-in before regular check-in that hotel is offering... It would have been difficult to stay at reception at 6am when weather is close to 9 degree Celsius (approximately). Mr. Mahesh was also connected through messenger or calls throughout our journey.
