Worst experience ever. The staff were extremely unprofessional and came across as biased rather than customer-focused. Instead of explaining the products, features, or any available offers, they immediately questioned affordability and asked about budget, which was inappropriate and uncomfortable.
A customer should be guided with proper information, not judged. This approach is unacceptable, especially when there are many other brands that treat customers with respect. If Google allowed negative ratings, I would have chosen that—this place doesn’t even deserve one star.

Absolutely horrible experience (we had visited on 21 dec 2025 on Sunday) The staff were okay, but the cashier very rude highly unprofessional, and blatantly judgmental. Their behavior felt more biased than customer-oriented. Instead of doing their job—explaining products, features, or available offers—they immediately jumped to questioning affordability and asking about budget. That is insulting and completely unacceptable.
Customers are not here to be judged; they are here to be assisted. If this is how you treat people, don’t be surprised when customers choose other brands that actually value respect and professionalism. If Google allowed zero or negative ratings, this place wouldn’t even qualify for one star. Disgraceful service.

Looks like a scam if one purchases here. I shared my address, contact and made an online purchase and told will be delivered to the address and after a week, getting to know there is some issue in the booking and my order is closed, and the store folks won’t receive the call.
