Friendly staff and a great collection. I bought formal shirts and got a 1,000 discount on a ₹5,000 purchase. They have a good collection of shirts, but some pant colours were not available in my size. The staff were very cooperative.. one young lady in particular treated me well and suggested good clothes. Overall it was a good experience..

I recently shopped at Chouhans for the first time and I was blown away by the selection and quality of clothes. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I found some amazing deals on clothes that fit perfectly and looked great. I love that they offer a variety of sizes and styles, so there's something for everyone. I can't wait to come back and shop again!

Shop is OK good, we had purchased many a times, but this time to our surprise. Had a bad experience with the Killer company brand representative.
He was so rude and does not know how to talk with customers. I had gone for exchange of cotton jeans - but instead of talking politely, behaved very rudely and arguing too much. We are really shocked with such a arrogant attitude. How can a Killer company appoints such sales personnel. Even Chouhans management did not help  us much. My family have decided to take this issue very seriously and necessary notice will be served to the concerned for a bad service and quality.  It is definitely our duty to teach lesson to such a arrogant salesman

Unpleasant experience. Had purchased two pairs of formals on the eve of gowri Ganesha festival. Shop had a board displayed 30-40% offer on clothes. 2 days later revisited the shop for exchange of a shirt for a bigger size. The price of the new shirt was lower than the older one. Hence, i was told to purchase another extra product to compensate for the balance amount. I bought a T-shirt from the 30% offer rack. However, while billing I was told that the offer has expired though the offer board was still displayed outside the shop. On enquiring I was given the reason that they had got mail regarding end of offer date and they would remove the plackard outside bearing the discount offer. Hence, I had to pay extra and leave. However, i waited outside the shop a distance away to see if they will remove the offer board. But they didn't. So, it means they indirectly cheated me. I usually prefer Peter England brand. But i shall not recommend this shop for the very reason of their lies and conning attitude.
