Friends footwear has some different styles, button unfortunately, we could not find the right size for my mother. The variety was very limited during our visit. However, parking was good and convenient.

I wish if I could have option to give zero star. Quality is very poor. Stiches came out within 15 days. I'll not visit any reliance trends footwear outlet again. Further, when complained to service it they told it will take 4-5 days purpose fully so that customer get that repair somewhere else. ( While selling they promise to do service for any defect arising in 90 days)

We shopped cloths at reliance trends for about 10000 above, I was given vouchers with 500 off for any purchase at reliance footprint. As the footprint was right next to trends my wife and I, we visited the store to check if we can buy something. We were loaded with luggage as we shopped for close to 10 k. It was also raining heavily. I kept all the clothes outside the shop and entered footprint, the security rudely asked me to keep all the things inside the store, I kept it on the left side of the entrance, he insisted me to keep it on the right, I told my wife ‘see the irony- we have to take instructions from the security inspite of shopping for so much. The security guard was offended for calling him a security. He asked me to mind my words, he said show my ‘dharpa’ outside not here, he actually came on to pick a fight for calling a security a security. If he is so offended of being called as a security, then why is he working as security. Calling a security a security is no way disrespectful. I request the store management to train the securities on the basic etiquette of behaviour with the customer. I was very disappointed with reliance trends footprint. I am never stepping into any reliance footprint again. I will ensure non of my friends and relatives will ever shop at any reliance outlets ever again. I in fact tore all the coupon and threw it away just to avoid going to a place where they don’t treat the customers right.
